OldTimeAFLGuy Posted December 21, 2017 Share Posted December 21, 2017 ....the real head scratcher is that 40 something states have statute of limitations ranging from 5 to 7 years.......many of the accusations are from the '90's or 2000's, well outside the purview....based on male testosterone, positions of star power, money and intimidation, many are probably true....but where does the line get drawn legally?.....in this sadly litigious society, I can see lawyers jumping all over defation suits for male clients who have lost their jobs because of accusations outside the statutes.......a big mess ahead and feeding frenzy for the shyster "ambulance chasers".....
