PatsFanNH
Seems light, but he will not fight it as missing the Phins game isn't as bad as missing the Steelers game. (He should have gotten 2 games.)
aceman_16
As he should be... NOW to hope Tre can olay vs indy and he is healthy!
Wayne Arnold
If Tre misses more than one game then it wasn't enough.
mannc
Pathetic. We’ll have to rely on street justice, but I’m not holding my breath.
Johnny Hammersticks
Expected, but disappointed. What sort of precedent is the NFL setting here? One game suspension for CLEARLY attempting to injure a defenseless player....AFTER THE WHISTLE!?! If I did that to someone at the supermarket, I’d be going to jail and likely subject to a huge lawsuit. Complete bull ****.
Jerry Jabber
Should have been longer. The NFL preaches "player safety" but only give a Gronkowski a one game suspension for delivering a vicious, intentional hit to the back of White's head. Perk71
They did the right thing and suspended him. Hope Tre gets well soon.

Guffalo
Just now, Jerry Jabber said: Should have been longer. Should have been 2-3 if they really care about concussions. I hope they are just as lenient if it were to happen to Brady in a few weeks.
26CornerBlitz
Pretty light for a deliberate and dirty hit on a defenseless opponent that resulted in injury after the play was over.
mannc
And he’s appealing. Wonder if he will drop the appeal right before the Bills game, to avoid any retaliation. Nah, why would he be afraid of anyone on this team? Edited December 4, 2017 by mannc

thebandit27
After hearing his appeal, Thrash or Brooks should increase his suspension to 3 games for having the audacity to appeal. That was a total scumbag play.

It wouldn't be, they would launch a full scale investigation and state it was a planned out attack and fine and suspend the player and your coach and take multiple draft picks. Just ask the Saints..
