You know when he's bluffing. How much is the buy-in? To be fair, I thought he was a goner, too. Maybe he's a better bluffer than we all thought Apparently. I'm glad they didn't just release him. They are in desperate need of O-line help. It seems nuts not to see what he can do, after such a long layoff. I always thought Sentrel was a pretty decent reserve swing tackle. Unless his game has completely gone to s#it, he should be an upgrade on the right side, when he's ready to play (then again, most anybody would be). Ideally, I'd like to see Dawkins at the right side, Glenn on the left and Sentrel ready to step in for either. And while I know this isn't the thread where it has been brought up, why do some say Glenn hasn't "bought in" to the process? Where does that come from? He'd been injured---right? Even played injured (though only a few ST plays). Perhaps I'm missing something. But I have a feeling it's just the usual BS from uninformed "fans" and trolls. Last year, she finally decided to have everything removed and go with to colostomy bag; she's been so much better since. I may have been mistaken about Remicade. I know my sister went through a series of treatments that were akin to chemotherapy; I'm not sure what it was. But those side effects were brutal for her. I will say that she was already in very, very rough shape (near death more than once), so that may have had something to do with how the treatments made her feel. She's so much better now, after the "big" surgery. She managed to get two Master's Degrees and her Doctorate in Education all while she was in some of her worst shape. Pretty inspirational. I don't know if Henderson was really smoking weed for pain management, but it's far from a stretch after seeing the pain I watched her go through for years. Probably caught it by being around you. Hi Dr Piratehooker! Good information from a specialist is priceless. Always like to meet a colleague on here. I am Board certified in Family practice , from Ohio, but been in practice since 85 here in Jacksonville. Did solo Fp a lot of years and lots of procedures including many files Sigs. Never got old or boring since it’s surprising how much pathology you find on asymptomatic pts for screening. After a lot of years in family practice ,director of rehab and eating disorder inpatient programs, I did however tire of what medicine has become under third party payors. Really is about numbers now and not so much about personalization of care that drew me to FP in the first place. Finally I sold and became a regional director for Solantic urgent care in Florida. It was started and owned by the infamous Medicare fraud man, owner of HCA , and now governor of our state, the infamous Rick Scott. I loved urgent care because every moment you never knew what would walk impn the door and medicine became exciting again. However, there is never enough money for people in power and I whistleblew on Scott using my credentials to bill full charges for Medicare patients even tho they were seen by arnps with no doctor on site. I had lawyers from Washington show up in my driveway one morning and the interviewed me for 16 hours over two days. I definitely had indisputable proof. Turned all evidence over to their investigators and somehow things “ disappeared”and rick went on to beat McCollum that year to become governor! I moved on to be a director for another urgent care chain until in 2014 when suddenly without prodrome both my arms went numb and left leg gave out while during a shift. Turned out to have 4 cervical discs that had pinched my spinal cord at c4/5. Underwent 4 level anterior decompression so I wouldn’t become a quad ; went ok but damage to my cord resulted in terrible parenthesias and complete numbness of both hands and some permanent loss of balance. Tried to go back a month after surgery but I couldn’t keep up with all the computer documentation and couldn’t feel lumps etc or do fine suturing on patients. Finally I am facing my career may be over at age 60 but I miss seeing patients so much. It was such an honor to have people choose me to care for their families and no other feeling comes close lto that that. Sorry this wasn’t football but appreciated your input on the use it TNF inhibitors etc. what a change from my days in residency in the early 80’s when surgery was almost a given with all chrons patients. Nice to meet a fellow doc and bills fan,and I hope you and your practice are well!, Time flies. Not long ago I was at SB 27and 28 watching the 2 of the 4 losses in person. Either he's hurt, suspended, injured or dealing with his "medical" issue. Time to move on from him. They would be crazy to depend on him to fill a starting spot on the O-line.
