And I'm sure not intentionally but you're also leaving out Mike Tomlin.

Edit: sorry, didn't see - pay attention to - the fact you were basically doing a lineage as opposed to those who attended and are NFL HCs.

Great post the 757 has some of the best athletes in the Nation! This year alone four Bills active rooster spots came from the 757. Jimmye Laycocks is one the BEST D-3 (respect Freddie) coaches in the nation, just ask Steve Christie. Marv was a William and Mary coach, BTW BRUCE lives in the 757 I love the 757 connection for the Bills good karma. I like the hire good luck Sean McDermott.

I really like the Academic All Conference thing. Seriously. That's because we're in an age in the NFL where intelligence - as in old school, book learnin', high IQ general intelligence - really counts in coaches. The era of the tough guy Ditka type is long gone ...

If nothing else, it will make for a nice side story if McDermott actually succeeds where so many since Marv have failed.

I don't know why but I feel for the first time we have a HC that will finally succeed here since Wade, who himself wasn't the greatest HC. All the other guys I was just hopeful but not confident, but who know for sure. I think because that everyone and their brother outside of the Bills organization has only great things to say about him.
