I know it's difficult to dress someone shaped like the cross between a pear and an apple but the jacket came off the rack and was better suited for a size 54. Just shortening the sleeves doesn't work when the jacket extends to his knees. Halper and others (Mifsud, Downer) who were sent in to spy on G-Pop and Page were wired as part of the CI investigation. Those transcripts were not included in the FISA information, likely because they included exculpatory evidence or statements made by both men. The FBI had a duty to report those transcripts if they knew they existed (which they did since these people were running the investigation).
