26CornerBlitz
@RapSheet The #Eagles had strong interest in Ben McAdoo. That likely pushed the #Giants to close the deal with their offensive coordinator

BringBackFergy
How long before Schefter reports Marrone to Philly? Over/under is 17 minutes. I'll take the over for $50 but looking forward to a morning tweet that "Doug Marrone highly sought after but too qualified for positions already filled...may voluntarily choose to remain with substandard Jags O-line". Charles Romes
NBA assistant to NFL head coach. Wow! Lombardi coached basketball too but that high school. Wonder if he has connections to lou saban's coaching tree from his time in buffalo.
RevWarRifleman
Teams interviewing Marrone for their HC'ing positions are merely fulfilling their Rooney Rule requirements. Little known sub-clause of the RR requires teams to interview at least one mentally disabled quitter, crybaby prior to making a hire. Nothing to see here. lol! His offense was initially an adjustment for Eli but now it's humming. They didn't want to disrupt that in addition to having to rebuild the defense. fridge
If you're keeping the OC, why not just keep the HC (the one that's proven to have won superbowls) AND the OC?
