Hillary violated law as SOS

Recommended Posts

The sad part is....the GOP /TP are going to have a difficult time putting a candidate and platform together to beat such a flawed candidate like HC

I still don't think they'll run Bush. Just a hunch.

No way in hell Bush gets the nod. And I'm starting to think Hillary gets screwed, too. But we'll see if the media takes the Menendez squirrel bait for a couple of days to let the fact that Hillary took bribes from foreign countries via an unsecure homemade email service die down a bit.

That's probably the one you ass suckers should go with!

The right wing base would buy it

You are seriously messed up in the head, or, to put it another way, you are the ignorant right wing base. But I'd love to hear how Stalin and Hillary are the same.

You really should read the post. I was not saying Hillary was a mass murderer. It was just to illustrate that the leftists will do anything to advance their cause. Hence any means to a end. So basic racketeering, fraud and conspiracy are perfectly acceptable if it advances the socialist cause. There is a curious body count in the Clinton's wake though.

Oh, the MSM will start ignoring it, but it's not blowing over. Every challenger will nail her with it and tie it into her bro getting an ultra-rare gold mining permit after the State Dept. gave billions to Haiti.

And the problem for Dems is that they're all-in with Hilly. Which is bad because she's not going to win.

you may not like her, and I dont either, but being realistic one must concede this will not derail her. Candidates get elected all the time with much worse blemishes on their record. There's a gaping hole out there for repubes to put up a foreign policy non-interventionist candidate, that really reflects the mood of the country, is consistent with traditional conservatism, and exposes Hillary's hawkish voting record and actions as SoS. Thats the way to defeat her. But with nut cases like Shelly Adelsen bank rolling the party, what are the odds of that happening?

It won't derail her or it won't derail her presidential bid?

As I've stated repeatedly, there's Hillary and then...pretty much no one. Even if she were to somehow buy her way into the WH with all the money she took in from foreign countries, what then?

Read this and try to feel better. (And it's from CNN, no less, which has clearly thrown in with the left.)

Sure, we all know about how the Republicans regained control of the Senate in 2014, but what about the fact that blue-state governors fell like tent poles?

Or that GOP governors now outnumber the Democrats by almost two-to-one, 31 to 18. Or that Republicans have complete control of nearly three times as many state legislatures as the Democrats, 30 to 11. And down the ballot, Democrats under Obama have lost more than 900 state legislative seats: the worst showing of any modern president.

That's eye-popping.

So, the conventional judgment that the Clinton behemoth is just too big — too well funded, too well supported, too historic — all helps account for the paucity of alternatives, to be sure. But there's much, much more to it than the phenom of Bigfoot Hillary. It's the phenom of Barack Obama, too — and the very strong counterforces he's generated around the country. The gains at the presidential level have not been cost-free: The country is polarized, the Democrats are often on defense and they're losing ground. One result: a thin presidential bench, which is painfully evident.

Most people don't like her, including many libs. They only tolerate her is because of her last name and the "(D)" after it. And while this alone won't sink her, the sum total of her other transgressions, failures, and flaws will. And who knows what's coming next?

How about this one?

Clinton Can’t Shake Her Ties to Bob Menendez’s & His Pending Corruption Charges

New Jersey - -(Ammoland.com)- In light of Democrat Senator – and major Hillary Clinton supporter – Bob Menendez’s looming indictment on federal corruption charges, it is important to remember the corrupt bargain they helped bring about to change State Department policy in exchange for hefty campaign contributions, a matter that was referred to the FBI.

As the New York Times pointed out in its exposé on the deal, it “could prove awkward for Mrs. Clinton, who was in charge of the State Department at the time, high-ranking officials overruled the agency’s ban on Ms. Isaías for immigration fraud, and whose office made calls on the matter.”

The Democrats are a geriatric party. If the Republicans have the sense to nominate a young, vigorous candidate like Marco Rubio, Scott Walker, Bobby Jindal, or Susana Martinez the contrast will be painfully obvious.

wow, this Menendez guy is bad news:

Who is Sen. Menendez's friend and donor, Dr. Salomon Melgen?

Questions about the senator’s possibly inappropriate actions involving the doctor arose after the disclosure that Menendez had flown on Melgen’s private plane three times, but did not report those trips. He later reimbursed the doctor for the trips, saying the failure to report the trips had been an oversight.

Also catching investigators’ eyes was Menendez’s reported advocacy for Melgen when he was accused of overbilling Medicare. Melgen was one of the top recipients of Medicare reimbursements at a time when he was contributing heavily to Democrats. He received $21 million in Medicare reimbursements in 2012 alone, according to The New York Timesexternal-link.png.

Investigators said that, for example, Melgen would get a vial of the medication, which would provide up to four times the amount that a patient requires. But Melgen, the investigators charged, used one vial to treat three or four patients, but then billed as if he had purchased a new vial each time.

Melgen then would be reimbursed $6,000 to $8,000 for a vial that cost him $2,000, The New York Times said. Investigators said that in in 2007 and 2008, for instance, he overbilled by $9 million, which he then paid back. The Times said that federal authorities were alerted to the overbilling after a Medicare contractor noticed that Melgen was billing for Lucentis at a significantly higher rate than his peers.

And then there was Melgen’s concerns about the impact of a plan by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency to donate port screening equipment to the Dominican Republic. Melgen had a company that stood to do X-rays of cargo passing through Dominican ports, and he apparently though that his business interests would be compromised by U.S. Customs and Border Protection equipment donations.

In a Senate subcommittee hearing in 2012, Menendez mentioned a company, which he did not name, that had a contract with the Dominican government to X-ray cargo at ports, but that the country’s authorities “don’t want to live by,” according to CNN.

Clinton Can’t Shake Her Ties to Bob Menendez’s & His Pending Corruption Charges

It becomes embarrassingly obvious with each passing day that, in a year from now, Fauxcahontas will get the nod as soon as Barry is done taking out Hillary, and HIllary's key mistake will be seen as the moment she accepted his offer to be SoS.

Barry isn't much of a leader, but he plays the role of thin-skinned petty B word better than anyone, answering the never-asked question, "What would a Nathan Lane presidency look like?"

The Jersey Republicans tried to take Menendez down with those stories of bribery as well as claims of teen age prostitution during his romps to the Caribbean. It didn't work (obviously) in the state-wide race. Perhaps it'll gain some traction if it gets to the point were Piano Legs Clinton actually wins the nomination.

And apparently all it took was for Menendez to publicly go against Obama's "foreign policy". Figures the only time the guy is right for eight years, and he gets nailed for it.

Keep eating your own.

Yeah....

Once again we see the rampant wishful, or more accurately, crackwhore, will do/say anything, behavior of the left. Do you really think that this cartoon represents the take away on this story, for anybody but your fellow crackwhores?

She blatantly broke the law in a premeditated, and highly planned, and therefore absolutely intentional way. Who the F runs a project(which means hires guys, buys hardware, code gets written, etc.) that sets up their own email service, never mind account, and then proceeds to use it exclusively, and why? She never even bothered to get an State Dept account. I'll tell you who: somebody who knows damn well they are walking into trouble, day 1, as SoS for Obama, AND, somebody who is stupidly thinking that they will get away with it.

Sorry dude, but cartoons and the rest of the "say anything" campaign couldn't be less relevant. She's busted. There is no spin/no damage control here. Anything more in that direction, and you only do more damage. She needs to learn from her husband: come clean immediately and beg for forgiveness.
