Remember, she's two people removed from Anthony Weiner, who spent three days lying on national television about his gig with Sydney Leathers before realizing that people thought he might be lying. It takes a ridiculous narcissist to think that way, and HIllary Clinton makes Anthony Weiner look like he's in touch with the average American. But every day something new comes out and you realize that what Ron Fournier wrote is embarrassingly true: Hillary's a landline in an iPhone world. She'll probably stay in until it's too late. The form, OF-109, is critical to understanding whether Clinton violated the law by maintaining her own private e-mail account and server to conduct official business as Secretary. If she signed the form, as is required for all departing employees, she may have committed a felony. The document asserts, under penalty of perjury, that the employee turned over all relevant records at the time of signing. And if she didn’t sign the form, the question remains: Why not? Cabinet secretaries aren't "hired," they're appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate. They're neither SES nor GS.
