Global warming err Climate change HOAX

Recommended Posts

It's almost like companies taking risks at the cutting edge of industry sometimes fail. Who knew?

Do you think renewable energy usage is up or down over the last ten years?

Do you think the technology for reliability and generation is better or worse?

Rhetorical.

All correct but also beside the point.

The rate of advance required to substantially supplant existing energy sources has not been achieved or even approached. It doesn't mean it won't be reached, it probably will....but that point in time cannot be accurately predicted today. In the mean time energy is required. Running old energy types and companies out of business, or making it more difficult for them to do business is not an "incentive" for them to shift to other avenues. It is a threat. And it will not help.

More than likely when the real required advancements hit in one of the alternative energy methods, it will do so in a rapid and parabolic manner. At that point it will squash the potential for other alternative methods...maybe not completely, but significantly. If someone develops a miracle solar cell that can cheaply help fly planes and power cars at 80MPH and heat/cool buildings then gas/oil/coal will gradually die off as the infrastructure is replaced and algae, nuke, wind, etc. will not see the investments required to grow beyond niche markets.

Nobody knows where or when the parabolic advance will occur. If they did, we would also know. It is the way markets work. In the mean time, commies using bull **** to try to take over industries is a solution to nothing.....as per usual.

Um, as president you do what you think's best for all Americans. Even those who didn't vote for you. Correct?

Now, now don't confuse Gator.

After he "modestly" posted a plan that only those who vote a certain way should receive benefits........

WHITE HOUSE: The Paris climate accord "would effectively decapitate our coal industry, which now supplies about one-third of our electric power."

THE FACTS: The U.S. coal industry was in decline long before the Paris accord was signed in 2015. The primary cause has been competition from cleaner-burning natural gas, which has been made cheaper and more abundant by hydraulic fracturing. Electric utilities have been replacing coal plants with gas-fired facilities because they are more efficient and less expensive to operate.

You don't think Trump who is an elite wants to keep everything for himself?

He has all he wants. He's a patriot tired at watching the little anti US child leftists destroying the country.

oh please.

It's whats happening. Look at the results. WTF is the EU? Foreign cabal calling the shots for every country there. It's not a conspiracy it's happening. If you can't interpret it correctly there is nothing I can say to clue you in.

What's your definition of cabal?

The EU is the largest trading zone in the world. They act in their own self interest. Doesn't mean that US has to follow them, which is in fact what's always happened.

One gets the inescapable feeling that, as a Mohawk 700 years ago, you'd have been calling the Iroquois Confederation a foreign conspiracy to oppress the Haudenosaunee tribes.

From one of the people I enjoy most on Twitter: David Burge (Iowahawkblog):

What Countries aren't is the Paris accord? Syria, Nicaragua, and now the USA. Good company there.

go back to your corner. We were never in it.

You have a lot of reading to do to catch up. Go sit in the corner until you're ready to join the big kids

I would concur with this statement, but knowing the media's fascination with Trump over the last two years it wouldn't surprise me if Merrian-Webster added it to its dictionary.

you know those lists at the end of the year of words that are done? Money on this one being top of every list?

Forget cabal. How about gang, mob or international criminal organization. All the same to me. They act in their own self interest? Like allowing a colonization by a 7th century theocracy like Islam? Putting them on the public dole? That kind of self interest? I wonder what Greece thinks about the EU. Point is those countries have no sovereignty. Whomever the EU installs as dictator ultimately calls the shots. No thanks to that and they can keep their climate fear scam to themselves. Let those poor saps over there pay for it. And while were at it, maybe we should pull our military out of there. Let the evil shrew Merkel pay to fight for her own turf while shes battling climate change. See how they manage that.
