vincec Posted September 17, 2014 Share Posted September 17, 2014 Now is the time for The Bills to avenge that 1981 playoff destroying loss to the Bolts in SD when Fouts hit Ron Smith for a 50 yard Game Winning TD when Bill Simpson fell down. After the Super Bowl losses and the Music City debacle, that game was the most painful playoff loss in my memory. As just a youngin at the time, it just stayed with me all these years. I think it was the 2005 season when the Bills had a 21-0 lead on the Dolphins and Gus Frerotte went down. Rosenfels came in and threw like 300 yards in the second half to beat us 24-23. If that is the case than think of how well Preston Brown, Keith Rivers, Scott Chandler, Chris Williams, Erik Pears, and Garrison Sanborne have been playing! Even Brandon Spikes for that matter.
