When I go to the beach and risk getting in the water I either a) get water in my eyes and then can't wipe my eye because my hands are wet too or b)step on something; one time I stepped on a sting ray. Anything I can do at home to get rid of it? most likely you already have an infection. probably not related to salt. see your doc or go to an urgent care and don't use a q tip.
