They had to sign Chase, they should have traded Higgins and signed Hendrickson, they have to hit on defensive draft picks in a big way.

The Bills will be 5-1 when they return, young rookie Dlinemen will have early season opportunities to get their feet wet… seems like a situation that has some advantages, not even worth worrying about. January and February is where we need all bodies on board.

Sad and depressing, but I think there’s some truth to what you’re saying. I’ll just say that it’s not a one size fits all approach anymore, for every kid who doesn’t respond to tough coaching there’s a kid who needs and responds to that same tough coaching. It seems to be a more difficult landscape to navigate in today’s NFL, but the newer(younger) coaches who eventually replace the old guard will be more equipped to work with the modern athletes imho.

I’m not sure how someone watches this clip and views it negatively, he admits he had some lessons to learn and seems to have come out the other end having gained valuable knowledge. I’m not sure how good he’ll end up being, but I’m not worried about his maturity or work ethic at this point, let’s see how year two plays out.
