You think if more fans B word and moan about one of the best teams in the league, that management will take notice and improve the already excellent product ? Who knew it was that easy and the fans, not the management and ownership were the actual keys to success. With this new insight I’m definitely going to be much less joyful with all the division titles and playoff games in hopes that my sour puss will finally bring change to this inept organization and ultimately a SB title.

Yeah ever since the 5 TD Giants game… they media has put the full court press on to get Lamar the MVP but I don’t think it’s gonna be fruitful. Allen has numerous memorable MVP moments in prime time and when asked what are Lamar’s memorable MVP moments, after a lengthy pause all they come up with is Lamar making a 25 yard run holding up his pants Lamar half dozen votes, Goff and Barkley a couple each and Allen ends up with something in the 40 vote range imho.

Love everything I’ve seen from him, hope he takes a team friendly deal to stick around for a couple more years.

I don’t care how good a rb is… I’m not spending significant money on that position.

After the last game of the year and before the start of the playoffs

I replaced my grandson with Spencer Brown as my background picture on my phone for a week right after the draft. I’m not proud of this and my wife said I was weird, but I don’t think I’ve been more excited about a non first round pick as I was about Brown. The athleticism, size and nasty streak had me convinced that if everything clicked for him that he’d be a fan favourite.

The MVP was won at Detroit, just win the last 3 regardless of stats against the Pats and Jets(unlike Lamar losing to Browns and Raiders) and finish 14-3 and it’s a lock

I’d feel much better being a fan of the Patriots and a young Drake Maye than a fan of the mess the Jets and Dolphins have created, by a large margin.

I yelled a couple things at the tv I’m not proud of today when she threw those flags… but I know I’m a good person and I didn’t really mean those things, I blame the unrealistic expectations JA17 has saddled me with.

Allen is the heavy favourite for MVP, it was over after the Detroit game… just win and finish 14-3 and the 2 seed and we’ll be watching Allen accept his 1st MVP remotely as he prepares for the Super Bowl.

I wouldn’t want my QB having a meltdown in those circumstances, but he’s not my QB so whatever. There’s a QB who wears nail polish, lip gloss and carries a hand bag who was drafted 1st overall… he makes CJ Stroud look like prime Clint Eastwood.

Agree, Burrow on a bad team takes him out of the conversation, and you’re correct about the heroics separating Allen from Lamar with being the only QB in history to stop TWO 9+ win streaks in the same season, both those teams were the 1 seeds…. Lamar just doesn’t have the moments

Partly, but Stroud is hurting Stroud’s development with his lack of respect for how difficult it is to be an elite QB in the league… his ridiculous off season tour of bad takes told me he has a ways to go.

For good reason… but this was the type of performance in an important late season game against a solid opponent with playoff implications and he got it done, he deserves some credit.

Allen’s performance was more impressive because it was against the NFC 1 seed and Lamar’s performance was against the worst team in the league. I think it simply came down to that.

It’s pretty obvious why to be honest, Von is making a lot of money and it’s Von Miller. I want to see more Solomon, I’m excited about his upside.
