  1. looks like somebody just wants some attention.
  2. to me, the key to this game is turnovers. I think the Pats will score a bunch and I don't think our D will be able to stop them. I am thinking that we need ateast 3 turnovers if we want a fair chance to win the game.
  3. I am predicting 3 INTs by the Bills Defense against the Pats
  4. I am psyched for this upcoming gsme. I can assure you I will have no voice left when the game is over. I am so glad the Bills seem to be making this a season to remember.
  5. I am hoping they can settle on something more short term. 3-4yrs total value $35-40m. Give hime some money upfront to get him to sign and them backload with higher salaries at the end so it is not a big cap if he doesn't take us to the play offs and/or we get a shot at a once in a generation player like Luck. I'd hate to extend Fitz for huge money and them have a chance at Luck and pass because we have Fitz locked up.
  6. I think my lowest point as a Bills fan may have taken place late this afternoon when I first read the post by the idiot who said he'd rather have Fitz than Tom Brady
  7. I'm not sure. I'd probably still be recovering from the Monkey's flying out of my butt
  8. Clipper Fan - You should quit while you are behind. The more you post, the worse it sounds. You don't win games with likeable players, you win with good ones. I am a Fitz supporter too, since he is our current QB and we don't have a chance at a better one. But if Brady was an option, he'd be my number one choice. I hated Bruce Smith when he was here, but I'm damn glad he was here.
  9. Bills win 20-17 on a late Rian Lindell FG
  10. 100% agree. I said to my wife at halftime that I hate that feeling in my stomach when we have a nice lead and I am just dreading us finding a way to blow it.
  11. Where else would you rather be? 315 row 1 seat 17 GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. Wow. That stinks for him. He seemed like he was starting to get it. Praying that he gets this taken care of and is healthy and lives a long life. Less importantly, hopefully he can get this figured out and continue with his promising career.
  13. Exactly. So many people are in such a rush to say we are great long before we've proven it. Today was a nice win. But it doesn't mean a damn thing unless we follow it up with more of them. Go Bills. Let's kick the crap out of the Raiders next week at RWS and then the real test comes.
  14. I'm not taking anything negative out of today's game (except for Fitz's accuracy which needs to be imroved dramatically). But I am not going overboard with excitement either. This was a game I figured we could win. Although we did a better job of controlling the game than I expected. But I think KC played terribly and all of the breaks on turnovers went our way today. That won't happen every week. Let's enjoy the win and get ready for another winable game next week without yelling for all the so called experts to eat crow or the B.S. posts about "lee who?" People are nuts. We won a game against a decent team. Good for us. Doesn't mean we are winning the Superbowl.
  15. 22-19 Bills Additional prediction is that a Bils DL or LB will score a TD
  16. Hangover
  17. On Defense we need to stop the run and hit Cassel as often and as hard as possible. With Cassel playing they are a slight favorite, without him we become a huge favorite. On offense we need sustained drives. Limit mental mistakes and penalties. Don't stop ourselves. And make the occasional big play.
  18. This is a stupid poll because you intentially left off the "about the same" option. I expect them to be about the same as last year. Maybe stightly worse, maybe slightly better. If the Bill are better overall it will be because of the improvement of the defense, not the Offense. We have basically the same exact roster on O as we did last year except swap Evans for Easley. While I like Evans, he was a non-factor last year.
  19. exactly. This is the only thing he can say.
  20. Sorry. I didn't realize this was the "we love Fitz" post that didn't allow any opinions or statements that were not all overly positive. Give me a break. Fitz is in the NFL, not preschool. Tell it like it is. He is a career backup and deservedly so. Is it possible that he catches fire late in his career for a few years like Rich Gannon? Yes. Is it likely? No Your comparisons to Warner and Brees are silly. Warner came out of nowhere. St Louis thought their season was going in the crapper when Green got hurt. Warner surprised everyone. He had not been a backup for several years like Fitz. And by the way, the Bills have nowhere near the talented team that St Louis had. And Brees was a better than Fitz from Day one of his career. The only reason he was traded from SD was the shoulder injury. At that point, nobody wanted him.
  21. Instead of bashing my personal opinion, how about coming up with some evidence to show that my opinion is incorrect? I'd be happy to see it. I think Fitz does a lot of things well and he is the best starter we've had since Jim Kelly. I just don't believe he is or ever will be anything but mediocre. I hope I'm wrong.
  22. Fitz seems like a great guy and great teammate. While I am not convinced he is the long term answer at QB, I would still wear his jersey with pride atleast until he proves he is not the guy(which hopefully doesn't happen)
  23. I think there is a reason that this is his first opening weekend start. He's not very good. He's a great backup an mediocre (at best) starter.
