  1. Well...They're trying to get him experience at the Mike no question...He really lacks overall play time, and it's a new Defense to boot...But that Kid...I don't know...Nothing he does tells me he's ready for what is to come...A decent MLB should have a Pro-Bowl head start behind this line, and Shep gets blocked, or takes himself out of too many plays...It's a concern...No question about it...He should be dominating in Run Defense minimum...And it is not happening...Not yet at least...But it is only pre-season week #2...We'll see...
  2. And The Bills are basically the same Team they were in 2011...The Fish still have Brandon Marshall...So it's definitely relevant what happened twice last year to an injury riddled Bills Team... The only thing those two Games will do is motivate The Bills to concentrate and get some much deserved pay-back in 2012...Unless of course we suffer similar injuries again...I'm sure The Fish will have a chance if Levitre is back at Center again...
  3. So what's Brady going to do in Buffalo against the Bills Defense THIS year? And how would The Bills have held up with the 2012 Defense and a 21 point lead in New England?...The Patsies are not invincible...The SB proved that...And all good things must come to an end in time...Not saying necessarily that this will be the year...Just saying...
  4. Exactly... Arizona can avoid a black-out by selling 10,000 less seats than The Bills, even though they are based in Phoenix which has a City Pop of close to 1.5 million...Just make it the same for every Market...That would be a BIG step in the right direction IMHO...
  5. Seriously Eball, lighten up Bro...Life's too short...And this thing is funny...
  6. I've watched the end 10 times now and I can't stop laughing... F*** You Pu$$y...PUNCH!... Too funny...
  7. Judge the performance for yourself... Mr Kraft
  8. I hear ya Bro... And realistically, if we're going to look at the Troup Pick vs another player, should we not be looking at Terrence Cody? The Bills were going to take a 3-4 NT...They reached a bit for Troup, and Cody has been rock-solid for the Ravens... Anyway...Not sure if you saw this article in late May...Troup's Redemption...
  9. I'm afraid to get too excited...But a bit of the old Merriman and this D will be pure nasty on obvious Passing situations...They better get ready for a TON of draw plays this year...
  10. No one would question that about Gilmore IN COLLEGE...But this is not College...And not everyone in the NFL who played option QB along the way is going to be able to do it well in the NFL...Add to that fact Gilmore is a CB...He is a player who was Drafted 10th overall to play Defense at an area of immediate need in Buffalo... Also add to it that The Bills, unlike other NFL Teams, have multiple options at QB if they wish to run the wildcat...Thy may very well have one of the best wildcat QB's in the NFL in Brad Smith...And Vince Young is an incredibly gifted running QB...There is simply no need to consider muddying up the Kid's Rookie Season by adding him into a mix that is already pretty crowed, while taking away from his ability to concentrate on one of the toughest positions to master in the NFL... It just makes no sense...No offense...But it makes no football or common sense...
  11. No offense...But the Bills have Brad Smith AND Vince Young...And you're wondering if our 1st Rd CB is going to get snaps in the wildcat? Seriously? JMO...But I'm actually quite sure Gailey has not given it a thought whatsoever...
  12. Agreed 100%... Again...Agreed...100%...
  13. I'm laughing my ass off at the folks who voted NE...You can't be a rival by beating a Team twice in over a decade...A 3-21 record in the past 12 years btw... Rival? Um...no...But we are a certain Teams B word...That is for sure...We've got to EARN that rival thing...The Pats rivals are the Ravens, the Jets...used to be the Colts...Definitely not The Bills...Not yet anyway...
  14. Well THAT is a first my friend...
  15. IF McGee makes the final cut I'm sure The Bills will use him carefully to try and keep him healthy...McGee should figure to be an important mentor for these young kids...But he's having HUGE problems staying healthy...And for a Vet CB that's tough.. Williams is absolutely the favorite to start opposite Gilmore...In fact I think it would be more likely to see Gilmore eased in than Williams...I think a lot of Folks are looking at Williams early on last year...A Rookie with zero Mini Camps, zero off season, at one of the hardest positions in the NFL, and forgetting the fact that he may have been our best Defender by the end of the year...I think with an entire off season, and with the experience he got last year, Williams will start at CB from day #1... I think The Bills will be hoping to have Gilmore and Williams start...McGee and Brooks will be the 1st off the bench, with Rogers as the 5th CB, and McLovin bringing up the rear...Oh...And look for The Bills to try like hell to unload McLovin on any taker...Though I doubt anyone will bite... IMHO of course...
  16. Exactly...It's one of the first things Nix mentioned after they signed Williams...Williams wants to play LDE and feels most comfortable there...
  17. I don't know...Again we'll see...I just don't the Bills Management, at this point, are afraid to gamble a bit towards greatness...A player like Moorman is important to a young Team that is building...But The Bills are looking to make a big splash now, and this is an area that could be improved...Would it be a gamble? Sure...But it could pay-off big time...Plus they save some cap dollars and it's not like you're cutting Moorman in his prime...He's 36 years old and showing clear signs of regression...I think if Powell shows he has better upside over the next 3 years or so he's gonna get the job...Just my opinion though... No question Moorman will still be the favorite going in to Camp...But I don't think it's much of a weighted competition...In fact, I think Moorman is going to have to clearly out-perform Powell to retain the job...If they are about the same why not go with the younger, cheaper option?...Because at this point Powell WILL continue to improve...Moorman? Not so much...
  18. We'll see...Sooner or later it's time though...No one can play forever...
