I don't think Williams is as good as either Jeffrey or Evans coming out...And those two were my favorite players in their respective Drafts...I'm the one that would have Drafted Jeffrey at #10 overall (over Gilmore), and Evans instead of Watkins (though I loved Sammy too)...So I feel like I have a good gauge on this comparison... I like Williams and I'm OK with the Bills Drafting him (though I think #10 is too high and I do not see much logic in using a top 10 pick on a #2 WR)...But he's not on the level of Jeffrey and Evans as the complete package coming out IMHO...Williams has areas of strength that are REAL strong, but the rest is a mixed bag...I agree Williams will be a good Red Zone target, and his ability on 50/50 balls is undeniable... I'm not really anti-Williams...But I do like Corey Davis more...And I'm pretty much anti-WR or TE at #10 for the Bills...I'd MUCH rather have Reuben Foster and JuJu...or Hooker and Zay Jones than a WR at #10 and what you can get elsewhere in the 2nd...But that may be just me...

Yep...

Liked him coming out...Especially vs the run...He's not a bender, he's definitely not a natural pass rush-kind of DE, and he's not huge...But, in College at least, he was pretty tough at the point of attack and if he got his mitts on you it was over...And he's not a bad athlete at all...Just a little stiff... This is a good pick-up if he's healthy...The type of guy that could easily slide into the #3 DE role if all goes right...And that's definitely a need on this team right now...

There are a ton of folks who get paid to evaluate players for a living who believe Kaep is all but done...His best season for completion % was 2012 where he "capped out" at 62.4%...He's a career 59.8% passer... He's not good enough...He's a vet so it's more money than developing a young QB...There are more than a few FO's who would not touch him due to the political stuff... He may be done in the NFL...Maybe not...But if he was a better, smarter, player he'd be signed already...

Agreed...But we still need a Safety...Maybe two for depth...We also need at least two more CB's IMHO...I think the difference between S and CB right now is Hyde and Poyer > Darby and Seymour... Both a still big needs...

Bills cannot "part ways" with Clay till, at least, after the 2018 season...Unless they want a HUGE Dead Cap hit...

Exactly...He was my favorite WR in that Draft...Of course I had no clue OBJ would be this good... I was SO against trading up...But if it had been for Evans I would not have minded as much...Nothing against Sammy...But 6-5 that can run and catch like that! Oh my!

Today, I think you're right about Mahomes...And if you're Drafting for 2017 then no question he should not be considered elite... But I have a feeling by 2018, or 2019 at the latest, that is not going to matter at all...I think that kid has special written all over him...but his path will be similar to Favre's or Rodgers...It will take some time...but when the lights go on, watch out!...

I don't disagree totally, but Rex was pretty forthright in admitting he tried to get too cute with Cockrell and sneak him through waivers...So I really don't believe he fell out of favor at all, or it was a scheme thing...It was more about trying to get an extra roster spot temporarily... “This was my fault, you know I thought we could sneak him through [waivers], and it wasn’t the—I never had as good a feel for him because he had been injured for so much of the training camp, and I thought, ‘Well he’s injured, he hasn’t played much, let’s try to sneak him though,’ and that was a mistake,” Ryan explained. “It was a mistake by me. It wasn’t a mistake by anybody else. It wasn’t by Whales (Doug Whaley) or anyone else. It was a mistake that I made, and obviously Pittsburgh had a good feel for them and he’s played well for them.”

Pat Mahomes... OK...I know he's not on the list...But still... It's actually a tough choice...But from all those players I think Jamal Adams is the safest bet...I love Hooker and Foster too...But Adams is rock solid...The kind of guy who will have an Earl Thomas-like impact on a secondary...And Lattimore would be in that mix too for me were it not for the hammy issues (you just HAVE to know if the Bills Draft him it will become chronic)... I would take any of those 4 Defenders before Corey Davis who would be my 5th on that list...And Davis is a really good WR prospect...But those 4 have perennial All Pro potential on Defense...

32 NFL teams...All have access to games films...All 22's... Enough said right there...

I've watched every Panthers game for the past two seasons...He's not a bad WR...He's a 3rd or 4th kind of guy...Bills need depth desperately and this is fine...

I'm definitely not OK with Howard at #10...Or a TE in the 1st 3 Rounds unless we trade down and grab extra picks... Too many holes and too much money allocated already at TE... It would be such a Bills move...And this is a VERY deep TE Draft...There will be TE talent later...Not Howard...but we already have a high paid TE... Howard is a stud...But it's poor team building...said it when they Drafted CJ...The Bills can't afford luxury picks, and this is the type of move that always backfires on this organization...Draft a TE high when your QB can't even find the one you already have...Forget about the fact that you still have HUGE needs elsewhere, and only 6 picks... I can totally see Whaley doing it though...

I really find it surprising that they have basically chosen Gilmore over Malcolm Butler long term...Absolutely nothing against Gilmore, but Butler is the better CB...I really don't think that's even debatable...I know there are rumors of them moving Butler now...I can't imagine there's any way the Pats plan on spending $30 million annually at Starting CB...By paying Gilmore they clearly don't have a problem paying premium dollars for a #1 CB...So why not just pay Butler and lock him up? I have to believe Butler would have taken the Gilmore deal...or at least something VERY close... I guess they feel the difference between Butler and Gilmore is not as big as I feel it is...And I'm sure they are planning to get something for Butler...So Gilmore + what they get for trading Butler > just keeping and paying Butler...I don't know...Far be it for me to question the Hoodie...But it's just very odd...And kind of a crappy thing to do to one of the best CB's in the NFL who is only 27 years old, and want's to stay and play for your team... The Patriot way though...

Exactly... I swear if the Bills don't Draft that kid I'm going to cry... Thing is they can probably trade down a couple times and still get him in the 19-24 area...I absolutely think he's going to go in the 1st due to the 5th year option...And I think Houston is a very likely landing spot... I've watched every bit of what I can get my hands on of him multiple times now...He does things effortlessly that you can't teach...And it's the important things...The mechanics and footwork and all that are completely workable...What you cannot teach, and what he has in abundance, is that arm ability, touch, and intangibles...

I know they are not the same player...Even position...But I'll take Hyde and his production at that price over $14 mil for Gilmore every day...And twice on Sunday...
