  1. He still looked pretty good to me in 2018. You could do a lot worse for a veteran depth guy.
  2. 5 round mock, I traded back with ATL and picked up an extra 2nd. What do you all think of taking 2 WR's? 14: R1P14 OT JONAH WILLIAMS ALABAMA 41: R2P9 C ELGTON JENKINS MISSISSIPPI STATE 45: R2P13 WR KELVIN HARMON NC STATE 71: R3P7 WR DEEBO SAMUELS SOUTH CAROLINA 113: R4P11 RB RODNEY ANDERSON OKLAHOMA 133: R4P31 EDGE CHRISTIAN MILLER ALABAMA 149: R5P10 DL MARQUISE COPELAND CINCINNATI 159: R5P20 CB JAMAL PETERS MISSISSIPPI STATE
  3. My buddy is a diehard Bears fan and he is thrilled to see him go. Having a head coach who is essentially Elway’s puppet can’t end badly, right?
  4. Mahomes is a stud and will be for a long time. He also has a plethora of weapons and 2 years under his belt with one of the greatest offensive minds ever. No one, including the author of this article knows where either player or franchise will be in 5 years.
  5. I’d love it if they brought him in for 1 year if the price is right.
  6. Whoever they take needs to have some combination of both. It’s really hard to find a guy with both elite size and speed. If I have to choose one, give me elite speed.
  7. It probably shouldn’t be, but I’m going to vote yes anyway, for selfish reasons.
  8. PM me your peyote guys contact info if possible. I need to upgrade! Seriously though, I think Lawrence is going to be a really good one. You could be right on Rosen.
  9. Forgive me if I missed it up thread but how did you come to determine that Star is and has always been a below average DL? PFF? Stat sheets? I’m just curious. I’ve watched him extensively on all 22 this year and he is one of the only players on the roster who I saw consistently doing his job and doing it well.
  10. We’ve got to bring back Jordan Mills. Who else is going to get into a scrap with Jerry Hughes in training camp? Bring back, Zo, Phillips, Mills for depth.
  11. I think he’d go #1 overall. I have never seen a kid that young play the game so well. He is going to be special, hopefully not for the fish or pats*.
  12. Will it still be shade when we have 3 new starters on the o line next season?
  13. Thanks for putting this together, nicely done. I agree in general with your assessment of Metcalf. I've seen quite a few mock draft sites list him as the first WR off the board. I just do not see enough consistency to put him there. I really like Harry and Samuel, either would compliment Foster and Zay well.
  14. I agree, if for some reason they do not I’d definitely make a run at him. Maxx Williams will also not command a huge payday and is a good blocker. He’s odd man out at TE in Baltimore.
  15. Either team will beat the pats* but I’m pulling for the Chargers because I’d love to see Rivers make a run.
  16. Does anyone on earth have a more punchable face than Pete Carroll?
  17. These aren’t Chuck Paganos Colts.
  18. I’m a bit of a punting nerd (punted in HS). I just went back and timed Darr’s punts from the Miami game, all but 1 were less than 4 second hang times. One was an absolutely pathetic 3.13. I was looking forward to seeing Corey Carter punt this year. We will be in much better shape with him returning next season. My guess is he’ll beat out the other Corey.
  19. Agree, I’ve loved it and will maintain my subscription. I like how wood compared our situation at WR to that of the Bears. We will likely have 3 WR2’s who will share touches rather than a true feature WR1. In a dream world Daboll is going to want to spread the ball around and exploit weekly matchups.
  20. This is far and away the best mic’d up the Bills have ever put together. Kylie is one of a kind.
  21. What about Castillo?
  22. If I had to call it today I think they go DT, maybe twice. There are a ton of good ones this year. One of Williams, Oliver, Gary or Simmons will be there at 9. McD has proven he can put together a secondary. Milano and Edmunds are set. If we can beef up the interior D line and consistently stop the run, our D will be elite.
  23. The throw at 37 seconds in is my favorite of the entire year.
  24. Good. Every time the cameras would show his face on the sideline I'd mutter "freaking Crossman" to myself. I am looking forward to designating someone else for that position in 2019.
