  1. TLDR; Nasty Nate needs a new line of work.
  2. I would do McCoy for Foles straight up in 1/2 a NY heartbeat.
  3. He doesn't respect the football. You can't take care of what you don't respect.
  4. If I'm HC the only way Nasty Nate plays is if Anderson and Thomas get injured. And then only if Shady and Ivory get injured and can no longer run the Wild Cat.
  5. As we saw we were playing a weak hand. Maybe Shady busts one? He's done it before, ie Tampa Bay and Indy last year. Why let a historically bad QB throw his worst pass? Dumb. And I called for a hand off to Shady BEFORE the play so it's not second guessing for me. When you're D is playing like ours was , I take my chances stopping them over for 1:30 with no time outs over Nasty Nate not throwing a pick. I've seen this before (several times).
  6. I do fault McD for this big time. At the same time I also fault them for passing there. Feed Shady. I hate to play for OT too, but if you got a guy that's thrown 3 picks in his last 2 games and has DBs licking their chops for a side line throw (they watch film too) why do it? I would not have been mad if we handed it to Shady 3 times and punted. Our D was on fire. If it did get to OT, maybe we get another TO down at their end of the field. Maybe run the Philly shuffle to get a first down? Throw to middle of field where he is more efficient? At least it wouldn't be a pick 6. Put Shady and Ivory in the backfield. there are a lot of things you can do there besides letting a historically bad QB throw his worst pass.
  7. Guilty as charged. I wanted us to draft him.
  8. No. He's just to McDermott as Tuel Time was to Coach Moron. For some reason these guys that don't know QBs think they find the diamond in the rough. Seriously, I wonder what Tuel Time is up to. He was better.
  9. Feed Shady and eat clock. It's not that complicated.
  10. Gives us a golden opportunity then to Snag a SB QB when they're not looking.
  11. The 31 other teams argument is so dumb. 31 other teams didn't want Kurt Warner either. 32 teams passed on Tommy 5 times. Are we trying to win, or avoid controversy? I vote for winning. Let the chips fall where they may.
  12. Have you looked into indoor football? They score a lot of points and ratings are through the roof.
  13. I don't know if the cheaps will miss the playoffs or he will throw 15 INts, but it does look like he is being figured out.
  14. It's hilarious that people believe anything any of these people (politicians) say.
  15. If Monica had not followed Linda's advice to keep the dress, she'd be in jail, dead, or in an insane asylum today.
  16. Peterman is a horrible backup. A backup QB's job is to come in when the other guy gets injured which by definition a bad spot. I do agree with you though that some of the blame HAS to fall on play calling. While I hate playing for OT, in this case with a TO machine at QB, we should have been feeding Shady and throw a few passes to the middle of the field where he appears to be less dangerous. Yet Daboll called the EXACT PLAY that has given him trouble so many times. That said, he stinks and should be cut by now. Actually should have happened a month ago.
  17. This was a new one on me. Young guys not respecting the ball would seem to be Nasty Nate and Ray Ray unless I'm missing someone.
  18. a full minute and a half of rambling, bumbling, cliche ridden, coach speak saying absolutely nothing.
  19. Not buying it. A good HC is a good HC. Marv was a special teams coach for crying out loud and his team had a great offense. Tom Landry was hired with a heavy D pedigree (player/DC for champion Giants) yet now is viewed as one of the greatest offensive minds in football history. Same could be said of Bill Bellyache except for the history part. A good coach on either side of the football HAS to have an intimate knowledge at the other side. Is Pete Carroll an offensive or defensive coach? I have no idea. What about Coach Moron? Tomlin? They're just good Head Coaches. Defense is not going anywhere. I've been hearing this offense only stuff for at least 30 years.
  20. Josh doesn't try to run over linebacker either.
  21. Interestingly they left a note containing this: I totally agree with that sentiment. Hopefully they attack the Ds tonight with the same line in the letter they leave behind.
  22. You also didn't mention Inslee.
  23. i agree. No. However, every time I hear the name Rosa Parks i have immediately think of this:
