  1. Who determines if they "are more legit" or not? You? You're the one that brought up this nonsense about a guy that doesn' t even play for us anymore, not me. Maybe follow your own advice? Just curious. Was the Packer tie Sunday Rodgers' fault?
  2. I don't but evidenlty a lot of people do. there's one on every corner. By my house there's 2 about 100 yards apart. Like most TBDers, I'll gripe as I see fit. Or are you the new TBD legit gripe monitor?
  3. i just go by results and what I see on the field in a real game. The rest of it and $5 can buy you a cup of coffee ☕ at Starbucks. I hope the kid improves and turns out to be good. So far, he aint, but it's early. so the guy has to win without a kicker too? Had he been able to take Haushka with him to Cleveland with him, they would be 2-0 right now.
  4. I would probably watch the game with "patients" if I were a doctor.
  5. I was just expounding on your point which has been bugging me for a while. How exactly does Josh look more emotionally and mentally tough than EJ? I don't see it. How is he a better leader? Not sure about that one yet. And yes he can throw the football a country mile and 90 mph. How many points do you get for that? He needs to work on his accuracy. A guy that can throw it a country mile but can't hit a bull in the fanny with a bag of rice is not a QB, he's a freak show. Hopefully this works out. Go BILLS !!
  6. Actually Josh looked a lot like Hotrod out there. Bad passes. Running with the football. Not seeing open WRs. Getting sacked a lot. Holding onto the ball. Sub 300 yards ...
  7. How's that working out? As well as running off Fitz?
  8. The thing that irks me on the whole Josh deal is we are pretty much doing EXACTLY the same with Josh as we did with EJ. First we signed a PROJECT QB. Then we ran off the incumbent Vet starter that could have started some games and helped the new guy. For EJ it was Fitz and for Josh of course Hotrod. We even did it for the same reason. "they make too much moeny." (they didn't). then we sign some off the shelf vet and they don't even make it out of pre season. So we start the season with the new QB plus another inexperienced schmuck as backup. EJ had Tuel Time. Josh had Nasty Nate. Then we had to start him (before he's ready) because he's all we got. Talk about dong the same thing and expecting different results.
  9. bottom line. If he had been able to take haushka with him, his team would be 2-0.
  10. You said their D is good because they tanked for 4 1/2 years. I'm just pointing out that most of the those guys were taken past the top 5 picks or after the tank or they got from somewhere else. They did get Blake Bortles out of the deal though.
  11. Myles Jack was drafted in the second round. We could have taken him ourselves without tanking. The SB Champs could have had him. Jalen was drafted after Gus got fired.
  12. You're singing my tune man. the Bills will never have a good QB or prolific offense until they get some quality NFL WRs. Trying to get by with schmucks as we have been for the most part throughout the drought and last year won't get it done. Good teams have figured this out. Sean McVey gets to LA and immediately updates his WR group by signing Sammy and Woods and drafting Kupp. Because he wanted a prolific offense. Bill Bellyache traded a first for Brandon Cooks. The Falcons who already have a franchise guy in Matt Ryan have trade up in the first round TWICE for WRs (Julio Jones and Ridley). Look a the guys Big Ben has. Look what Fitz is doing now that he had good WRs. When we did have good ones (Woods, Watkins, Harvin, Hogan, Goodwin), we were top 1/3 of the league in scoring with a so so QB. On and on. I'll say it again: "The Bills will never have a prolific offense or good QB until they get quality WRs."
  13. An alley like this one? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBLxD0OdR1I
  14. According to your post, if he gets $3,000 per month for each year of service (11) is $33,000 per x12 - $396,000 per year.
  15. In comparison to a guy that sucks, he didn't suck so bad? OK. Got it. The guy you're referring to is the leader in completion percentage in Buffalo Bills history fwiw.
  16. You're right. for some reason I thought it was August that he retired. In fact it was April. No excuses for things. being this bad.
  17. Dude's gone Gug. What does he have to do with Josh 's inaccuracy?
  18. I remember it more from JP. Maybe that's just because he played longer. I like EJ. I wish he had worked out.
  19. I would. The current regime inherited a team that had gone exactly .500 over the past 3 years. We had all our first round picks in hand. They had some good offensive personnel and defensive for that matter just badly coached. In fact, the team was good enough to get to the playoffs their first season. Sounds like a pretty decent hand to me as far as these things go. When I think of a bad hand, I think of Hue and Cleveland. Now that's a bad hand.
  20. Because he was a good player who could dominate at times and make it difficult for opposing offenses. We're trying to win.
  21. Yet when he left so did our ability to stop the run resulting in 3 straight losses.
  22. They didn't draft either of their starting safeties either. Of their 4 starting DBs, they drafted 1.
