You certainly do not need YTTV to get ST. However, I think it's about $100 more without YTTV. -
I know its gotten rave reviews, but I refuse to watch The Four Falls of Buffalo.

Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)
Ned Flanders replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall
First of all you're going to have to grease the local politicians for the sudden zoning problems that always come up. Then there's the kickbacks to the carpenters, and if you plan on using any cement in this building I'm sure the teamsters would like to have a little chat with ya, and that'll cost ya. Oh and don't forget a little something for the building inspectors. Then there's long term costs such as waste disposal. I don't know if you're familiar with who runs that business but I assure you it's not the boy scouts. -
My absolute favorite back in the day... Then, the 80s came around... Today, I've matured a bit...

Have the Bills actually said that they are holding back some tickets for individual games? I don't recall ever seeing that.

Possibly moving back to WNY: northtowns or southtowns?
Ned Flanders replied to Ned Flanders's topic in Off the Wall
Thanks Bob, always good to hear from a voice from the past! -
While I applauded his outspokenness that led to the demise of Dan Snyder, the Irsay name to me primarily means Mayflower trucks moving a beloved franchise under the shroud of darkness. May mercy rest upon his soul.

I've put away my O's flag, caps, etc. for the winter...and it's not even Memorial Day.

Looking to move back to WNY within the next couple of years...I like the real estate options in the southtowns (Hamburg, OP) but wondering if northtowns (Amherst, etc.) is the better way to go, given the snowbelt. Any advice from the locals is greatly appreciated.

What is this "cotton gin" you speak of? Do you mix it with tonic water to make a savory cocktail?

I've said it on here before, but nothing will beat the days of wandering around the bus lot where me and a buddy or two would pick up a ticket for five bucks because there was always some dope(s) who overslept after being out the night before...the group leader was always more than happy just to get rid of a the tickets of those who couldn't make the bus.

I'm older than most, I also liked Curt Gowdy (with Al DeRogatis), Ray Scott, Jim Simpson, Pat Summerall (when paired with Tom Brookshier, Madden was great, no question, but I think his schtick got tiring at the end). A very underrated team was Charlie Jones and Todd Christensen (see Comeback Game).

“They Sure Were Exciting” the story of the 1975 Buffalo Bills
Ned Flanders replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
That lost to the lowly Giants at home on MNF was the beginning of the end...a 4-0 start, including trouncing the SB champion Steelers on the road, was a mirage. The defense just gave up too many points for the Bills to contend. It was OJ's most complete season, but it just wasn't enough. -
