Frank Reich hired as interim coach at Stanford
Captain Hindsight replied to Ed_Formerly_of_Roch's topic in The Stadium Wall
Is he quality? Like what about Frank makes him a quality coach? Seems like a poor coach to me based on his record -
Frank Reich hired as interim coach at Stanford
Captain Hindsight replied to Ed_Formerly_of_Roch's topic in The Stadium Wall
Love Frank. But he was fired in season from his last two jobs. Bryce Young looked horrendous under him but really started to show something this year. The Colts were a mess under his tenure except for the year they had Luck and Rivers I hope he does well at Stanford, but lets not pretend this is some crazy coup for a legendary coach -
Jets offering buyouts to employees
Captain Hindsight replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Tough for employees that have worked their entire lives to have a chance to work for an NFL team. That said, I give the Jets credit for trying to change the culture, although not sure if this is the best method -
Russell Wilson to the Giants
Captain Hindsight replied to Mike in Horseheads's topic in The Stadium Wall
No Should they. They have won their division 5 years in a row (made the playoffs in 6 consecutive seasons), been to two AFC championship games, and won a playoff game in the last 5 seasons. McDermott would be unemployed for about 10 mins if they let him go. Beane too. Fans wanting to move on are crazy given how Pegulas hirings have gone in the hockey department... I remember being bummed out when Josh McCown signed with Cleveland (or the Jets can't remember). Thank goodness for 17 -
You want a monster run stuffing DT? I got you a monster DT
Captain Hindsight replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
In HS we played a team that had these two really fat dudes right in the middle of the defense. Our first meeting that week coach wrote on the white board "Attack Cheeseburger Alley" and it was just ten plays that ran directly into them to wear them out 😂 -
Russell Wilson to the Giants

The exact quote I was given is "Mcdermott is more likely to die in his office than be fired" -
Russell Wilson to the Giants
Captain Hindsight replied to Mike in Horseheads's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the Vikings thing was pure media driven. It made no sense after taking McCarthy so high last year. I'm not sure who else would be interested that hasn't already signed someone -
Russell Wilson to the Giants
Captain Hindsight replied to Mike in Horseheads's topic in The Stadium Wall
Wilson is done physically. His last few games last year were horrible, and he should have been benched for Fields. I think Rodgers is more likely to retire now than play next year. I think the Steelers roll with Rudolph and take Jaxson Dart at 21 -
You asked, and they listened… (Bills on Hallmark)

Russell Wilson to the Giants
Captain Hindsight replied to Mike in Horseheads's topic in The Stadium Wall
No, its zero. McDermott is loved by this ownership, he isn't going anywhere. -
I don't Bills Chiefs Texans Ravens Division winners^ Playoff contenders Chargers Denver Miami Bengals Steelers I don't think the Pats* are good enough to get past those teams. I expect teams like the Raiders and Jets to be better too. Does TN get Ward and finally win some games? If Trevor Lawrence has a similar resurgence that baker Mayfield did with Liam Cohn they could be in the mix too

AFC Championship Game- How do you feel now about it?
Captain Hindsight replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I won’t be over it until they start playing again -
Rodgers givin’ the boot from the Jets
Captain Hindsight replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
If the Vikes felt that way, they don’t let Darnold leave the building then. JJ looked great in his limited preseason action. I have seen nothing to suggest the Vikes are down on him at all -
Rodgers givin’ the boot from the Jets
Captain Hindsight replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
Why would the Vikings be down on JJ? That makes no sense to me -
Rodgers givin’ the boot from the Jets
Captain Hindsight replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Vikings were never in. JJ was going to start last year before he got hurt. What changed that they would want Rodgers? Pure clickbait nonsense IMO I think he will. His last game last year he looked amazing. I could see that being his last game If he doesn't hes just waiting for an injury IMO to sign with a team -
Stroud got the yips by the end of the year because his oline was so bad. The Texans are atop that division by being the least bad team

Cleveland Browns building a new dome stadium
Captain Hindsight replied to DJB's topic in The Stadium Wall
I went there in 2019. Its in better shape that the Bengals and Bills stadiums 26 years old for a building is embarrassing. They couldnt figure out how to maintain that? meanwhile roads and bridges are falling down everywhere -
Will Josh ever be a pocket QB like the GOAT
Captain Hindsight replied to Ga boy's topic in The Stadium Wall
Is anyone worried about Josh being able to play in front of big crowds? -
I remember him getting a start when someone was injured last year or the year before. I paid extra attention to him and was shocked at how bad his footwork was and how he seemed completely out of sorts. 1st round pick? If he and Benford had been drafted at each others spot, Elam would be a footnote in Bills history by now
