Well, he’s not a Bill yet…

Glenn has been an absolute disaster. He should be one and done. Everyone likes to point out when teams start 0 and whatever that there are turnarounds like Detroit or signs of a culture being built. Hell, even when Gailey was here they had some great games, near upset victories and huge scoring games. It’s not just being a bad team, but showing signs the culture is being developed. The Lions were a tough out by the end of Campbells first season, the Bills were scoring in bunches with no name players with Gailey. There were signs it could get better. The Jets are lifeless. They have already sunk 30 million into a bust at the most important position (hand picked by the culture builder Glenn) The owner is calling them out to the media as if he wasn’t signing the checks. Now Glenn isn’t going to reveal his starting QB like it offers any advantage against the Bengals. They are going to start getting blown out by multiple scores. Glenn should have been fired when he sat on his hands with 30 seconds left in the half with his team at midfield against Denver. They lost that game by 2 points and were nearly in FG range. He smiled as his team put up a white flag

Most recent I can think of is Hockensen from Detroit to Minnesota. Glenn was in Detroit at the time

One of my favorite non Bills in the NFL. Between him and Baker, the Bucs are a must watch IMO

They gave Fields 30 million GTD and he starts 6 games for them. Their owner then publicly states that Fields "Can't complete a pass". Good luck getting the team to rally behind Fields should Taylor get hurt. The Jets are a trainwreck right now. Ownership on down looks clueless and incompetent right now

He said the same thing about Zach Wilson once. Something to the effect of "We didnt have a backup QB this year" after Rodgers went down. Its a bad way to run a team IMO. Shows a lack of respect to the players and personal people who work for you. Much more diplomatic to say "it didnt work out like we planned". Glenn picked Fields as his starter, so if Glenn was wrong on this and the owner says it publicly, he is undermining his 0-7 HC. Jets gonna Jet

I was watching the Lions game last night and was in awe at how aggressive their secondary was. They were talking about how all those players are new or taking over for injured guys. Its amazing to me the Bills secondary cannot be that aggressive. Its not like they havent made the investment Also Kelvin Sheppard is going to get HC interviews this offseason. That dude has them playing hard

Fields wishes he was as good as Trubisky. Trubisky started multiple playoff games, went to a pro bowl and has a winning record as a starter. The Jets would love to have someone as accomplished as Trubisky on their roster Fields had negative passing yards this year in one game and under 10 yards in another

What? No he won’t. McDermott has roasted Fields every time he has played against him. If he signs an ex Jet QB in the offseason it will be Zach Wilson

Glenn should be a one and done. That hire has been horrible since the start. He is supposedly building a culture. But the first thing he did was let Rodgers go (which is fine, if you have a plan) but then he brings in Fields, who he coached against for years. Fields is predictable horrible and they are 0-7. The defense is decent, but not good enough with all that talent. Meanwhile Glenn is just acting like he’s got this master plan. If it’s to tank and take a QB, next year is not the year to take a QB high. Even if it was, I wouldn’t let him coach him. The Jets hired Robert Salah again and are expecting a different result.

Josh never looked comfortable, made decisions like it was 2019 and generally sucked. It’s so rare he has a bad game that I don’t even worry about it. If it continues for 3-4 games in a row, then I’ll be worried. Otherwise, it’s just a bad night at the office

I wouldn't give them that much credit. I think Kraft thought he was outsmarting everyone by hiring Mayo. Mayo had it in his contract he would be elevated if BB left. Vrabel getting fired was not expected and I think Kraft knew he had to wait at least a year before getting him

Again, he has expressed zero interest in this. He has a job where he just gives his opinions from his house for his podcast and then once a week on TV where he is universally loved

Kincaid could be that guy. When I saw he was out, I was very worried. Samual could also be a great weapon if he ever played. Brady deserves a ton of credit for building up a run game, but the fact they can't be a team that slings it with a QB like Josh Allen at the helm is inexcusable
