  1. Most people looked at Josh’s stats and said he was a bust i feel like people are doing the same with Maye, but in the other direction
  2. I feel like Von could afford to heat his pool
  3. Maybe my tailgate chat would buy it up. They have lots to say
  4. Yeah Tua is good. You don't lead the league in passing if you are bad at football. My hangup with Tua is how much can he go off script (which is needed in the playoffs) to win big games. Consistently, Tua hasn't been able to do that and thats why they are more likely to be one and done, than going to a Super Bowl.
  5. The housing market is a bit nuts right now. A year ago we put in an offer on a 279k house for 330k (which I thought was high) and its sold for 415k It was not worth that, even admitted by their real estate agent when he talked to ours
  6. Caleb has an issue with sacks, but his talent is excellent. Having a real offensive mind will do wonders for Caleb (IMO) I like Maye, I think he's good. He was in a bad situation last year and played ok. I don't understand all the confidence in that he will take this giant leap next year. He's talented, but he has a ton to prove still
  7. Oh please. Josh is an NFL MVP with 5 consecutive seasons over 40 TDs. If anyone can handle those jokers, it’s Josh
  8. Miami is absolutely loaded, especially on offense If The Bills had Tyreek Hill and Jaylin Waddle and Achane, Josh Allen would only need to play half of each game and they would still break the scoring record
  9. I don't see that personally. I expect NE to be better, but their talent gap is pretty huge right now compared to other playoff teams. People talk about Maye, but the rest of that offense is a bunch of nobodies. Diggs is coming off a serious injury and they have Mack Hollins. RB's are solid but unspectacular. Where is the talent? I'd expect the Raiders, Bengals, Steelers (somehow they will win 9+ games) Denver, Chargers, Colts and possibly TN or Jacksonville to be in the mix for a wildcard. Plus you have the division winners, Buffalo, KC, Baltimore, Houston. I just don't see enough to think NE is a serious playoff contender
  10. Got the perfect place for ya Miami Dolphins Forum | FinHeaven - Miami Dolphins Forums
  11. I still remember the clip of Hard Knocks when the GM was telling a few guys they had made the pro bowl. The players are all high fiving and McDaniel starts talking and it was like Sgt Buzzkill killed the moment Really smart guy, doesn't seem like a strong leader
  12. Elways passing on Allen becuase he has missed on Lynch and just signed Case Keenum is an all time bad move. Elway should get credit for helping build two SB teams with Peyton, but that was an all time blunder
  13. The ascent of Drake Maye has been greatly exaggerated. I like Maye, but everyone is acting like it's a given he's a top 10 QB this year are fooling themselves
  14. The AFCE is going to be like this Bills 12-5 (or better) 6-11 ville Miami NE* Jets
  15. The cardinals dumped Rosen after 1 year and took Murray. You can debate whether Murray is a good QB (I think he is) but it hardly set them back
  16. I hope they send up the one bust of an otherwise spectacular 10 ten Fugg em Milton has some tools, but if all he was getting in a trade was essentially a 6th round pick even after his decent PS and week 18 game, he isn’t going to amount to much. It’s not like he was some under the radar prospect like Purdy that the NFL missed one. Teams trust their evaluations. Except Jerry Jones I was hoping they’d keep him purely for the controversy from fans 😂
  17. His Mom and Jerry Jones
  18. When they signed him, that division was horrible and he was the best QB in the division very quickly, but now he’s probably the worst (assuming Bryce Young continues to ascend) NO kicked the can so far down the line, they have maybe the 20th best QB in the league (at best) and bad roster around him. They need to clear all those contracts and start fresh. Give Moore a mulligan year and suck Raiders didn’t hire a 70 year old coach and trade for Geno to take a QB in the top ten They are going to try to establish a winning culture and then add the QB later
  19. Mayfield also had perhaps the craziest start to his career in a coaching standpoint He joined a roster that had won 1 game in 2 seasons and kept the coach for some reason. That coach got fired midway through his season, as did his OC The coach that replaced them and somewhat stabilized the situation was none other than Gregggggg, who was then fired and replaced with the guy that replaced the previously fired OC. Then that guy was fired after 1 year and replaced with Stefanski and baker nearly got them to the afc title game that year. Then Covid happened and he got hurt That’s a hell of a way to start a career
  20. My favorite thing about Flacco playing well in Cleveland two years ago was he sucked so bad for the Jets the 3 years prior to that
  21. Throw in zach moss and bills legend Zach Ertz too
  22. I think they stick with Bass. A kicker getting cut right before the draft means they don’t intend to even have a competition, that says a lot about what the team thinks of him
  23. The other big red flag in that whole debacle was his saying "Cleveland is out" then Haslam throws a brinks truck at him and suddenly hes back in It was never about the best opportunity for him (That was probably Atlanta or TN) it was about money plain and simple. Since it was fully guaranteed, no incentive for him to put the effort in. He doesn't even look like a quality player half the time
