Scariest thing you've ever done?
Captain Hindsight replied to boyst's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Quitting my job when I had nothing else lined up. My boss sat me down and basically told me to quit or be fired. I decided the following morning I would be quitting and talked to my now fiance about it and and my dad and we all agreed it was best. The next day I was at a beer festival and ran into one of my friends. I talked with him a bit and then he introduced me to my now boss. I told him what I did and he told me and him and I grabbed a beer. I asked him for a job and 2 months later I was working for him Funny how life works out sometimes -
He is one of the best follows on twitter. Really great stuff

Baker Mayfield's arrest footage

Cam Newton was kicked out of Florida, was accused of stealing a laptop and was under investigation for receiving improper payments from the NCAA. Would you have drafted Blaine Gabbert instead because he was squeaky clean? -
Bobby April would be thrilled

The playoff team last season, whose biggest issue was QB, doesnt have the nucleus to plug in a QB and win? Our best receiver last season was....... Thompson? A guy we picked up of the street in week 4 Still have Shady Still have a decent O-line Still have a good D line Still have a great secondary They traded all those guys to get a QB. If they don't think they can get a QB in the draft they wouldnt have traded Tyrod

Beane is “Trying Like Hell” To Move Up For a QB
Captain Hindsight replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Kap was drafted in the second round. Lots of ways to serve a country. Kap has also given a million dollars to charity and documented where every dollar went. I don't agree with everything he has done, but to completely disregard his good deeds is cheery picking at best Also, If you need to use a meme to make you case, you aren't much of a thinker are you? -

WR Kaelin Clay is Back with the Bills
Captain Hindsight replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Every Bills player needs to be an inch taller, .3 seconds faster and weigh 12 more pounds. Even then they are not a franchise player or #1 -
I'm going to call it the Peterman Test

Is the new test of competent QB play going to be the Peterman test? He likely wouldn't throw 5 INTs in a half, hes got a shot!

How Did Manziel Suddenly Become Relevant?
Captain Hindsight replied to Irv's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Of course. He has to earn it and I said that. -
How Did Manziel Suddenly Become Relevant?
Captain Hindsight replied to Irv's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
My comment was mostly about what he "deserves". Having gone through a much less public issue of my own, I argued that I "deserved" all these things I had lost due to my own struggles. Honestly that line of thought hindered my ability to get better and become the person I should be. I didn't deserve to just walk back to my life and have everyone ignore what happened. Because it had happened. I had to earn everything back and rightfully so. If Johnny earns the opportunity to resume his playing career, then of course I am all for the comeback story and hope he succeeds. But "deserves" this opportunity? I can't say that. -
Why Didn't The Giants Test Beckham?
Captain Hindsight replied to BadLandsMeanie's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Because they can't. CBA -
Did Mills tell Peterman to throw an out route with no zip on it to get picked? Did Mills tell NP to fade back into the pass rush instead of stepping up in the pocket? Did Mills suck that day? Yup. Did NP suck that day? Yup Not everything is a conspiracy folks. Sometimes a bad football player plays bad

The Bright Side Concerning Peterman

No, he doesn't One pass? Sure, good job Nate. I'll ignore his 6 ints for that one decent pass -

So you have nothing? Your argument is that he cant be any worse? That is incredibly uninspiring -
The Bright Side Concerning Peterman
Captain Hindsight replied to ProcessTheTrust's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is such nonsense. Hes a professional who was called the "most pro ready" in the draft. Use your eyes. What about Peterman makes you think he will be good? Give me an example, a clip, something that shows me he has a chance. That SD game was horrendous. Awful. Epic bad day.
