  1. For all of Tyrod's limitations as a passer, he has actually won a game in the NFL. If they traded him straight up for Kizer, McBeane will have some some explaining to do
  2. See thats the problem tho. Everything needs to be perfect for him to be "effective" Boy are you going to be disappointed to learn that in this league, you have to be able to move in the pocket, avoid pressure and still make an accurate throw
  3. Are we really asking this? He was horrendous in his first start. Epic level of horrible. Not just to the eye, but to stats, history. He threw a pick on 10% of his passes this season. Thats awful. Jeff Tuel had a better day against a better defense in his only start. Who didnt fully expect him to throw a pick in the playoff game? His arm is weak, he telegraphs passes. Hes a bad NFL QB. A very common tale. I don't understand the fascination with this kid. He seems like a nice kid who made a few good throws in preseason. Lots of guys have done that you never hear from again. Peterman is just the lastest one to play for the Bills
  4. Ah yes, the far off observer who has never participated in a meeting or talked to LeSean but can speak to confidently about his ability as a leader. I don't know either. But I hate when someone spouts off an opinion about how someone carries themselves at a job who just flat out doesn't know. Spoiler alert, people act differently behind closed doors, especially at work.
  5. You must be kidding? He threw a pick on 10% of his passes. Tyrod threw 420 passes last seaon. If we assume NP threw that many he would have 42 ints last year which would tie him with George Blanda for most all time in a season. Peterman is a terrible NFL quarterback, just like plenty of other guys drafted with "potential and character and intangibles". If he is the plan going forward, the Bills will be locked into the number one pick.
  6. He played every snap this season and before his broken leg last year he had started the most consecutive games for a center at that point. This post is nonsense
  7. The important thing to point out is no one ever grows up or gets more mature. Baker literally cried at the podium when told he wouldnt be a captain after the crotch grab. That was all i needed to see. He is going to be an absolute star
  8. People get sick. His mom is sick currently which is why he missed the senior bowl weigh ins (which he did the next morning, oh the horror)
  9. Was worried about him too. This is scary actually. Why hold a presser? Something very serious must have happened
  10. Lets hope its not life threatening whatever it is and the player is able to live a normal life after this. News like this is always scary.
  11. The did trade up but only gave up a thrid to do it. It was an awful draft pick tho and anyone with google could have told you he wasn't mature enough to handle being a first round pick QBs taken after Johnny Football Bridgewater Carr Garroppolo McCarron
  12. So hes not the most mature and reserved person? That doesn't bother me in the slightest. The dude that has won 5 super bowls likes to yell and get in peoples faces too. Mayfield knows how hard he needs to work. This is a former walk on that started the opener as a true freshman. Hes the first person to do that in NCAA history. Then he went on to win the Heisman. He is a gamer and i think the team that drafts him is going to get a star
  13. Curious, why do you say it like that? What about Mayfield says hes a special kind of stupid?
  14. Baker Mayfield is going to be special. Bills and 49ers should make a trade to get him
  15. This kid will get eaten alive at the next level. he would make Peterman look like an all pro
  16. He would have been starting over Tyrod. No doubt about that in my mind
  17. Oh I totally agree. Just thought I'd see what people thought of him and that as a potential offer. I would love to snag him and would give up the picks to do it. But he wont get free. Just a fun hypothetical
  18. With Jimmy G likely to be franchised, would you sign him to an offer sheet and give up the two 1st rounders to get him? Discuss
  19. Did you see him rip into the official after the game? The ref couldnt get away fast enough Oh please. You've never been frustrated by failure that you've screamed and threw something? Punched a pillow? This is an emotional game played by people who invest a ton of time and punishment into their bodies. I don't expect them to be robots and you shouldn't either
  20. Sorry but this is nonsense. He has shown ZERO at the professional level to show he can play in this league. He will be brought to camp and thats fine. I'm not expecting anything from him. I'm sure hes a nice kid and I'm not blaming him for anything. Some guys just can't cut it. Nothing to be ashamed of or upset about.
  21. He throws an INT on 10% of his attempts. That's an absurd number. I don't see anything in his game that screams "spot starter" or "Reliable backup" More like liability. This isnt a comparison of Peterman and Tyrod in their development. This is an honest look at a player that is a big boy and is payed well to be ready to play at a moments notice. He has failed consistently and in the game yesterday he was making the same mistakes he made against the Chargers. Take him to camp and give him a shot, but dont expect much out of him. Unless he improves dramatically, he will be just another trivia answer in bills history
