  1. Its both. Without Brady he is still a good coach but with Brady he is the best ever. I'm never scared of the Pats* D anymore. Its all Brady That said, A. Rodgers is the best QB in the league and hes only played in one SB. That's on McCarthy IMO. Just speaks to how good Belicheck is
  2. You mean the one time they did that 5 years ago? Or that time in 1998 When no one associated with the current team was around?
  3. Joe Mason is lost? Somebody organize a search party!
  4. Unless the coach retires? But carry on. A man of your experience surely has considered everything
  5. See here's what I don't get about you. You say your 72. So if that true (Which I doubt) you would know that teams always go through cycles of whose good and bad. It wasn't that long ago the pats* were a laughing stock and the Bills were dominating the AFCE. The Dolphins dominated the 70's. the Jets have existed and the Pats* dominate the last 15 years. But that could change tomorrow. I would assume a person with your life experience would know that, realize that success is always fleeting and humble pie gets handed to everyone eventually.
  6. Funny story about the text line. One game the Bills were getting killed in the game and I texted the number and Said "Dick Juaron is ruining my gameday experience." Two weeks later he was fired usually they do like a tape delay on Monday or something. I might wonder down to the local watering hole to see if its on, but if not, meh
  7. I'm torn on Whaley. Sometimes i think he is so close to being a great executive and other times I'm questioning his judgement. On the whole, I see much more good than bad. The number of blue chip players on the roster is the highest its been in years. The O line hasn't been ignored We have good RBs Sammy is a stud. Darby was a good find Kiko for mcCoy was a great deal Upgrading the TE position with Clay Besides LB, I dont see a major hole anywhere on the roster and thats more due to injuries than anything IMO
  8. Well he always improved his trowing motion like 12 times. He never keeps going back to bad habits either
  9. What more do you want them to do? Shaq Lawson, if they knew his injury thats bad but Reggie? Just bad luck. The roster has talent all of the place and one position has been hit especially hard. It happens As long as they don't sit on their hands and trot out john Degiorgio, we should be fine
  10. Man that phase keeps getting older and older I guess. I've never heard a 72 year use the term weak sauce
  11. He comes in here in good fun he says. As yes the royal "We". Like you are the reason why the Pats* are so good Relax Francis, I watch sports because its fun and i enjoy the strategy. But I know I have very little to do with my chosen teams success.
  12. Agree to disagree I guess. i think the Vikes will be looking for a new QB in 2 years
  13. I do have incredible levels of Hindsight
  14. Not going to the CFL to work on his craft? Purely football speaking, he seems like a selfish player that wants to come across as a team guy, but is only in it for himself. When the Broncos won a game where he attempted and completed, two passes all day, was it about him or the defense? Probably him
  15. No its not. Sure there is some guess work involved, but also years of research. One way to show Schoop is wrong about quantity of quality, look no further than the Browns. Julio Jones Trade Browns got - Phil Taylor, Greg Little, Owen Marecic, Brandon Weeden. The 4th was used to get Trent Richardson, which then became Johnny Manziel Atlanta Got - Julio Jones Sammy Watkins Trade Browns got 1st, 1st and 4th Drafted - Justin Gilbert, Cam Erving and Ibraheim Cambell Bills got Watkins You need blue chip talent. The pats* have Brady. They can afford to miss alot and throw darts at a a wall. The haven't drafted a good WR in ten years and got luckily with Edelman
  16. Based on what? Tebow seems like a hell of a nice guy, but he also has shown himself to be very stubborn and serve only himself and his goals. Refusing to switch positions to help the team, for example. I doubt he would be a good coach, because he would be focused on yet another comeback attempt. JMO of course. But I don't see him being a good coach. Motivator maybe, not a good coach
  17. You can't be serious. Bridgewater is one step above awful. He had 14 tds to 9 ints last year and barely cracked 3000 yards passing. He is a less skittish Christian Ponder Without AP, the Vikes are a 7 win team
  18. Washington didnt handle the injury great, but RG3 deserves alot of blame too. You could maybe argue he wasnt healthy enough in year 2, but the next two years Griffin refused to put in the work and subsequently lost his job. He has no one to blame but himself
  19. What makes you think that? He struggled reading defenses when it was job. Broadcaster, yes. Motivational Speaker, Sure. Coach? Nah
  20. I don't think so. I think McCown was vet choice A and Cassel was Vet choice B. Once McCown signed with Cleveland, the Bills went after Cassel
