I hope Eddie Yarbourgh makes it
Captain Hindsight replied to The Virginian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
One where he is rolling right and then throws a dart right down the sideline for a TD was incredible. As a former (HS) QB, throwing on the run with velocity and power is difficult. To keep it going straight while your body is moving is even harder That is some elite talent -

The Human Side Of Cut Day

I'd hate to see anyone lose their job. I've been fired and it absolutely sucks. Wouldn't wish it on anyone Unless it was because you were a complete jerk and did some shady stuff, then well ? -
One reason teams will continue to do it is because of practice reps. Same reason the punter is usually the holder. That exchange needs to be perfect every single time because if its not a snap is high or low, it can be a disastrous play. With margins being so slim between winning and losing, most coaches are going to want that to be perfect

The Human Side Of Cut Day

Its hard to give up on any dream, much less one you've had to work so hard just to get to this point. Its why I loved seeing that comeback last night and how the whole team celebrated it. Preseason doesn't matter, but to those guys that made a few plays to win the game in what could be their final time ever wearing a helmet is an incredible memory for them. -
Rookie K Chase McLaughin

Not sure the exact rule, but after a certain time period they can resign with the team that they were released from. Probably like 8 weeks, but dont quote me on that -
Shes obviously a long shot, but I have no issue with her trying. If someone wants to put in the time to help her, then I'm all for that too. Everyone who says women can't do things men can do is just lazy and ignorant to what happens everyday. I have a friend who is great looking girl, super sweet and smart, could do literally any job in the world. I was surprised when she said she wanted to join the army. Talked to her a few weeks ago. She is the fastest women and 4th fastest soldier in her unit for PT training(cant remember the terms she used), she has the highest marksmanship of her unit and is leading a group of soldiers in army intel. People earn spots based on their merit. If Carli Llyod is good enough at kicking a football to be on a team, she should be on a team. Shes not stupid, she would be well aware of the risks

They really like Bates. To get two picks for a guy who might have been cut is great. Hopefully we wont miss the 2021 7th -
McBeane and draft timing

Would you let your outgoing manager make the biggest decision in the company's history before he is fired on Monday? -
Jadeveon Clowney could miss regular-season games

And Watson would be getting blasted by a ***** oline here too. Live in the present man, lots of reasons to be excited for the team that actually is in reality -

McBeane and draft timing
Captain Hindsight replied to Dkollidas's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Don't have time to look for the interview, but Beane said something about looking at future draft classes when considering FAs and draft picks. Its so nice to see an actual plan for this team. Whaley could recognize talent, but his roster building skills left a lot to be desired. Every move was "this year" With McBeane its always "this year and next year". Its so refreshing You need a hug bud? -
But how is it any different than Teddy Bridgewater blowing out his knee in TC? Or Brady getting hurt week one? Players get hurt, they dont meet expectations, but that doesnt mean your tickets are now null and void. You paid for the realty TV show that is 100% realty. Things will not always go to the FANs expectation and and thats just too damn bad for the fan. Bills started 5-2, finished 7-9. Never once did i consider calling my ticket rep to demand a refund. I pad for reality and I got it

The Colts let him keep the money in hopes he would come back after a year. Plain and simple Conspiracy theories are fun, but me thinks your looking into this too much
