  1. Please no trade up for Clowney. Can't they see the red flags?!!! His last name is appropriate. He's a clown!! There's a chance he'll be like J.Russell and take all his money and not care how he plays.
  2. The cheerleading nazi has spoken: "No cheerleaders for you!!"
  3. Does anyone know if Stevie was one of the players working out with EJ in California, being that he lives in SF?
  4. People sueing for every little thing is a joke. Here in the Sacramento area there was a great gym called Basketball Town where current and ex-Sacramento Kings and top local college players could be seen playing pickup games during the summer. Apparently some guy in a wheelchair showed up and because he couldn't get to the 2nd floor viewing area, he sued them. Rather than incur the legal fees and/or pay fore any required facility , the facility closed. It was also supposedly discovered that this guy had done this multiple times before at other facilities. I'm all for handicapped people being allowed to gain access to whereever they want to go, but this guy was obviously abusing the courts for personal gain.
  5. I agree. Part of the identity of the San Jose Sharks is the color teal. They came out in game one of the playoffs in their alternate black jersies and said they're going to wear them throughout the playoffs. So there you had a sold-out crowd all decked in teal and their team on the ice was in black.
  6. I agree. The Combine has become so big and too much attention height, weight, etc. They should care more about what they see live and on tape. Can the guy play? There have been many examples of "look like Tarzan, play like Jane" and also players without "prototypical size for the position" that are stars.
  7. Don't forget the great Erik Flowers. The Quote functionality doesn't work for me anymore. Anyone have any insight? I'm using IE 11.
  8. Tuel may have incriminating pictures or information on someone.
  9. Hyde in the 1st? Are you kidding? This could (should) be another draft with no RBs taken in the 1st round.
  10. There were a few post-game comments this past season related to Fred getting more carries because he gets positive yards on early downs. There was no need to actually say "...and Spiller doesn't". It was implied.
  11. The approach to the RB position could show us how different this regime is. If they take a RB at 9 or even trade down and take one later in the first, I think I'll lose it.
  12. Glad to see another Pole-ski on the team. It's been 3 years since Poslusny left. Sloan Rules!
  13. I don't believe it is released until tomorrow. Is there a special preview?
  14. Anthony Dixon is not likely to produce much as a running back. Behind one of the league's best offensive lines in SF he wasn't much more than a 3 yards per carry back. His success on short yardage plays wasn't all that impressive either.
  15. Just for grins, I went to NFL.com where they have a list of the top 400 prospects for the draft and there are only 2 Williams' listed, both running backs. Andre Williams- Boston College Damien Williams- Oklahoma There are also still 2 Williams' remaining in the free agent market Dantan Williams- WR (Ten) Kevin Williams- DT (Min)
  16. Yahoo article by Nick Mendola says "Brandon, Whaley and Marrone will remain under the new ownership". Now is that with Mary Wilson in charge or NEW owners?
  17. Then you should have a problem with the Bills and not Waynecubed. The Bills website has "controlling owner" in the article title and body.
  18. I can't find anything about her age but, in the picture with Ralph at the Hall of Fame (circa 2009) displayed on buffalobills.com, she looks like she's maybe in her 50's. Wikipedia says they met in 1989 so, with simple math, my guesstimate might be off (low) but you never know.
  19. Yes, and for that lawsuit the jury awarded the USFL $1. LOL!
  20. And nobody at ESPN could be fooled?! Actually I remember one year near the baseball trade deadline, somebody from the Phillies told ESPN's Peter Gammons that they were going to trade catcher Darren Daulton, who was in his prime at the time. Gammons reported it and then later found out he had been duped.
  21. I'm still not totally sure this isn't an April Fools joke. Did anyone actually hear this interview on WBEN? If this was a joke, it would be hilarious how far it has gone.
