  1. 15 NFL head coaching positions have turned over since the start of the 2017 season. Nearly half of the NFL.
  2. Jim Bob Cooter as passing game coordinator?
  3. Niner fans are definitely disappointed.
  4. And the Bills have won as many playoff games with Edmunds as the Bengals did with Lewis.
  5. Top obstacle to overcome is the Patriots. Beating them in Foxboro is very difficult so the Bills have to beat them in Buffalo. Even though the final scores this season weren’t as one sided as they have been in the past, the Bills were never a serious threat to the Pats in those games.
  6. Yeah, that led to a lot of hand/arm tackling which you can’t do vs big backs
  7. Pro Bowl is in Orlando. Take the kids along to Disney World.
  8. You expect a guy who has been the interim coach for half a season and done a good job to accept a new guy coming in and him being demoted back to DC? I guess it could happen but since it is known that Greggg is an A-hole, I don't think it would work.
  9. And then last week when he handed off the running of the Defense’s meetings to Edmunds. McDermott will really miss him.
  10. I didn’t really hate Joe Montana but living in Niner country was tough at times. Still the lasting memory of a dinged Montana in a Bills playoff rout over the Chiefs was sweet. I would like to see a similar scenario with Brady.
  11. I agree regarding Daboll and Allen. For whatever negatives people have about Daboll, Allen having a 2nd season with the same OC would be huge for his development.
  12. I agree with someone here who said a big part of why Clay wasn't able to get back towards that pass is that his knees are so shot.
  13. You just know the Bills will beat the Dolphins, Atlanta will beat Tampa and Jacksonville, Carolina and Denver will all lose, leaving the Bills with the 11th pick.
  14. Michigan (and Ohio St) boosters have been impatient when their coaches don’t beat the other school. I wouldn’t be surprised if he wasn’t retained.
  15. He also was not being a good role model for younger players with his jogging thru routes.
  16. How about Joe Ferguson? At one point he was among the career leaders in a few categories like yards, attempts, completions based mainly on longevity. He may arguably be the 2nd most accomplished passer in Bills history but he was just an average quarterback.
  17. The Bills have had a total of 19 QB 3,000 yard passing seasons in their history. Drew Brees has 16. The Bills may not reach 3000 passing yards as a team this season as they currently have 2641 yards by 4 QBs plus Logan Thomas. Note: since 3000 yard seasons do not count yards lost by sacks but the Team Total does, the 2641 does not include sack yardage.
  18. Fun fact:. Josh Allen's 506 rushing yards have him 45th on the Bills career rushing list. With several other players above him in the 510-600 range, he could be in the high 30s at the end of the season. Fun Fact #2: Allen is also within range of Tyrod Taylor's record of 580 rushing yards in a season by a QB, set in the 2016 season.
  19. It's unfortunate that nobody else in the AFC East is in position to knock the Pats off their division throne this season. They said on NFL Network that the Dolphins could still win the division but that's not very likely. As much as I'd like to see it, the Bills won't win on Sunday while the Dolphins will probably win at home vs Jacksonville. Even if the Bills miraculously did win on Sunday, they'd host the Dolphins in the final game. Miami has not fared well playing in Buffalo in December over the years. Pats host the Jets in the last game.
