  1. Drew Lock to the Giants to replace Tyrod.
  2. Damien Lewis was great as Bobby Axelrod in Billions and Nicholas Brody in Homeland.
  3. They still get taxed for road games in states with income tax. Their IRS returns are a nightmare.
  4. 5 1st rounders & when Fields is traded 4 of them won't make it to a 4th season with the team that drafted them. Those 4 all sent away for pennies on the dollar at best. Even Lawrence has underperformed his draft projection. He was supposed to be a superstar & he's just an average starter.
  5. Back in the day when they sold programs I used to get a program for every game I went to. I have all the home programs from 1991 through 2007 (except one that got stolen inside the stadium when I left my seat for a few minutes). I also have many programs from other seasons. I used to get the media guide from 1986 until they stopped printing them. One of my most prized programs is a free one. (not as good as the old programs they used to sell) I got opening day in Baltimore in 2018. Unfortunately, it's in poor condition because it rained the whole game, but it was the 1st real game for both Josh and Lamar. Both came in in the 2nd half to begin their careers. I also have all 4 of the Bills Super Bowl programs and ticket stubs. I have a lot of Bills ticket stubs. I miss the old days of full sized game day and PRO programs, printed media guides, yearbooks, and printed tickets. Everything is electronic or a worthless handout these days.
  6. I'm not a Democrat but you wouldn't know that. I wonder how you formed any opinion of my political views since I almost never post in the politics section of TBD. Maybe you're as confused as Trump & think I'm someone else. Man, you are one dumb POS, drawing conclusions with your pea brain. Unlike you, I actually listen to complete speeches from both Trump & Biden. I never tried to diagnose Trump, just laid out some facts on how diminished his verbal & cognitive abilities appear to be. You on the other hand use limited information combined with your limited intelligence to come to a conclusion that you can't possibly come to. All by watching a few minutes of Hannity or some other fellow loser.
  7. I question anyone's cognitive ability who refers to Biden's "obvious dementia." You obviously are a Trump cult member who watches right wing media without forming an opinion by any real observation. Or you have dementia. I can't diagnose you from afar, just like you, Mr. Hypocrite, can't diagnose Biden from the rock you are living under.
  8. The evidence is there if you watch his speeches . Obviously whatever you are watching, reading, or listening to has sanitizing what he's been saying. Just last week in the middle of a sentence he started slurring incoherently talking gibberish. So you need to expand your news sources and stop saying someone is lying when they are telling the truth. How about this for evidence: in the Carroll deposition he looked at a photo of himself, Ivana, Carroll and her husband at the time and claimed Carroll was Marla Maples, his ex wife. You probably never saw that in your sanitized world.
  9. I'm willing to take a wait and see attitude and at least see what he can be when healthy. I'm drawing a line through last season due to the injury. If he is still not worth activating after preseason then it's over, but who knows. He could end up starting with Benford moving to one of the vacant safety spots.
  10. Your next assignment is to explain the difference between your and you're.
  11. You better have traded him like the Seahawks did, otherwise we'd be eating an $85 million cap hit. 😄
  12. If you have today's BN, check out page 4 where they mistakenly put a photo of Edward Snowden instead of Jack Teixeira.
  13. Back in 2020 Dan Shaughnessy wrote in the Boston Globe that Jake Fromm would replace Josh Allen.
  14. Kraft can get a lot of happy endings with that much money.
  15. I have a torn ticket & the program from the game. 1st $5,000 gets it. 😎
  16. The pick from KC had nothing to do with the Allen trade. The Allen trade consisted of trading the Bills 1st round pick (21) to Cincinnati along with Glenn for pick 12 & moving pick 12 with the Bills 2nd round pick & the 2nd round pick obtained from the Rams in the Watkins trade.
  17. I liked Tyrod until I watched him become what I called a wheel-spinner. When the Bills 1st signed Tyrod & I heard about some Ravens teammates saying glowing things about him, I sent a Bills fan friend an e-mail titled "We've found our franchise QB" and attached a photo of a tie-rod. He hadn't heard of the signing yet and his reply asked me why I sent him a photo of a car part.
  18. What nonsense? Go on Google & look up the movie Being There and then you'll understand that his post is a parody of Gardner-Johnson's name. I think it's really funny that he goes by C.J. to avoid the Chance the gardner AKA Chauncey Gardner references. One of my favorite movies. I like the ending where he walks on water because he doesn't know that people can't.
  19. Some pensions in NYS are taxable except for certain government pensions:https://states.aarp.org/new-york/state-taxes-guide Are pensions or retirement income taxed in New York? Yes, money withdrawn from pensions and 401(k)s, 403(b)s and IRAs are combined and taxed as regular income. Tax rates run from 4 percent to 10.9 percent, just like for other income. But federal, New York state pensions and military retirement pay are tax-exempt. For those 59½ or older, the first $20,000 of retirement income (from a corporate pension, an IRA, a 401(k) account or another retirement plan) is tax-exempt. Married couples get a double exemption (each spouse is eligible for the $20,000 exclusion) for a total of $40,000.
  20. Totten was a strike player and he's in a different category than guys who played in real games.
  21. This isn't baseball. The baseball equivalent is if the road team scores in the top of the 11th, the game ends. In baseball the home team still gets the bottom of the 11th, in football the team that defers doesn't get a 2nd chance if the receiving team scores on the 2nd possession. Huge difference between baseball & the NFL.
  22. Very simple answer why you always take the ball: If both teams don't score on the 1st drive, you have a distinct advantage in number of possessions & are much more likely to win the game. On the 1st 3 possessions you have 2 chances to score where if you defer, you may only have one. No coach in his right mind would give away that advantage.
