  1. Any 40 something punters at home coaching their kid's team ?
  2. He probably has a pay phone in his office. So 25 or 50 cents depending on what payphone calls cost in Cincinnati.
  3. Ridiculous that Chase and Higgins were out there down by 25 that late in the game
  4. Not a happy group. Best take is they need to use Hall more and not act like they're transitioning off him because he's in the last year of his contract. I went over 25. Edit, Why is Fields wearing tinted lenses, was he crying? I'd cry too if I was a NFL player on the Jets.
  5. Woody should send a message and fire Glenn. Either the Jets are poorly coached, or they've assembled the dumbest roster in the league.
  6. Desmond Howard won SB MVP as a punt returner. I'd settle for that from Samuel.
  7. I haven't received a ticket in over 50 years. My last one was in February 1975. I think I'll run a stop sign in front of a cop so I won't get a worse ticket later on.
  8. The OP's next post will be losing a game late in the season so we can have a playoff road game in a warmer environment & avoid Buffalo's winter weather.
  9. Another reason this is the dumbest post ever is because if a player did this in today's NFL with legal gambling, the NFL and the FBI would be looking at him for point fixing and he could be banned for life and end up in prison.
  10. Cry if you have to: https://www.buffalobills.com/video/josh-allen-surprises-oishei-patient-zack-with-bills-tickets-and-more
  11. I called Josh back in the summer of 2019 (7th post of the thread), I'm still waiting on those Super Bowls
  12. I just found out that the Bills game will be on in Albany! I was sure the Giants would be on, but 506, my Verizon Guide (which earlier this week listed the Giants game at 1 on Sunday) and the Ch 6 website all list New Orleans @ Buffalo on Ch 6.
  13. I believe the original plan was for AJ McCarron to start for the 1st few games to half a season & then put Josh in, but McCarron wasn't very good, got hurt & then when the Bills planned to start Peterman after he had played better than McCarron in camp & preseason, McCarron wanted out & got traded to the Raiders. Personally, I wanted Josh to start day 1 & was disappointed he didn't. He had a terrible O-line & WRs, but he learned a lot & by the Miami game at the end of the season his career was on an upward trajectory. The only glitch was a mid season injury that kept him out a month. Nobody will ever convince me that starting a rookie QB ruins him. There are so many success stories from QBs who were thrown in early & no matter how bad they struggled in the beginning, they learned so much their rookie years by playing, that they went on to have great careers. Sometimes, you even get a rookie who lights it up from day 1 & never looks back.
  14. 2020 was a pretty good year: Burrow Tagovailoa Herbert Love Hurts. All starters with Hurts winning a Super Bowl & Burrow playing in one. Tua is the weakest link and he's still tons better than the 5th QB in either 2018 or 1983.
  15. Texans reject Chauncey Gardner being there.
  16. Management, who are hoping to save their jobs, want a backup who knows the system. If they all get fired, Winston might go with them.
  17. I went with the Bills & Denver. It was between Denver & Detroit & at the last minute I put in Denver.
  18. Because he's next season's backup. He's on a 2 year contract. Russ is on a 1 year contract. Russ was the designated bridge when he signed.
  19. Josh is all over my TV in commercials, but I never see Lamar. My guess is Josh has agents to get him endorsements, while Lamar, who won't even hire an agent for his contract is losing money by his stubbornness on not having an agent or multiple agents.
  20. My preference is a signed check made out to me.
  21. The trick is to try to get it to bounce so that if it's downed in the endzone after hitting the landing zone, it gets placed at the 20.
  22. We can tell who bet the Bills and lost because they didn't cover while sifting through some of the negative posts. They're the ones complaining the loudest because they wanted the Bills to throw it deep & get a TD during the final offensive drive.
  23. Tony Gonzalez has declared the Bills the winners of the trade. He's called Coleman a bonafide & budding superstar. My only question is how can you call him both, since bonafide happens after the bud has bloomed.
