  1. Well, they're welcome to Derek Carr and all of the underwhelming mediocrity that he's sure to bring... If you don't have a Top 10 QB and you're not ready to win NOW, you as the GM are committing an ad of idiocy if you aren't just drafting a QB and/or playing the young QB that you have. Signing a mid-level vet like Carr does nothing except kick the can down the road
  2. With the needs that we have in plenty of other places, we are not drafting a TE in the 1st round
  3. No one is trading for Mitch Morse or Micah Hyde given their injury history No one is giving up a 4th rounder for AJ Epenesa. Maybe a 6th or 7th If a team wants Ed Oliver, they will wait a year for him to hit Free Agency
  4. For me, this is a positive if we can focus on these key components: Continue to keep the same core defensive principles and scheme that has resulted in consistently strong regular-season defenses. "Don't throw the baby out with the bath water" Be able to PROACTIVELY prepare and respond to how playoff opponents with strong coaching staffs might plan to attack you. When 72,000 fans in the stands can see that the problem is not having your DB's playing 10 yards off, that's an issue Have someone on the sidelines with some fire in their belly - who can ATTACK when needed, and get the players focused and fired up. Nothing bothered me more than seeing Frazier stand there with no expression like Jauron 2.0
  5. Why would teams ever need to throw short-to-intermediate routes in the middle of the field when Frazier has his outside corners playing 7-10 yards off the receiver? SMFH
  6. I went to the Bills-Ravens game last year and that stadium was nowhere near full. Those fans get a contending team every year and never show up. Can't wait to see what happens once they trade Lamar and have some 6 win seasons.
  7. Jeepers H Crackers... It's a long off-season even for those with tinfoil hats
  8. Oh that won't be a distraction... Ask how that went for the Falcons in 98 with Eugene Robinson Or Bengals in 88 with Stanley Wilson
  9. For you I'll bring it down to $7,900 if you throw in a beef on weck
  10. 2 tickets for sale - upper end zone Requesting $8000 each - please message me with inquiries
  11. I think it's a little harsh to give the Moss pick an F He did play for the team for 2.5 years The rest of it is pretty spot on, and overall it's a B, given that the 2nd & 3rd round picks won't be getting second contracts
  12. Pretty hot takes from a fan base with exactly 3 good years in their history
  13. This is like my 8th grade algebra teacher asking me for the answer when you try to divide by zero
  14. Holy crap that was an amazing read. Just shows how real Dawkins is, and really how the whole team and organization approaches things
  15. I'm amazed at the number of people who think it's a good idea to trade valuable draft assets for a high priced receiver on the downside of his career. It's very likely that we draft a receiver in the early rounds next year to continue adding to the current corps, while giving Gabe Davis another year to decide if he's worth paying in free agency The plan doesn't need to be more complicated than that, especially since we really need to start valuing having contributing players on rookie contracts. WR is a great position for that
  16. Any GM or coach candidates worth their salt are going to come in with a plan to trade Murray That team is going nowhere with that dude and his contract and the sooner they realize it, the sooner they become relevant
  17. One of the best games I've ever attended in terms of atmosphere and results. I was drunk on Patriot fan tears that evening
  18. I hope that he balls right the eff out - watch people's heads explode
  19. I'm sure that this won't be the popular opinion, but I think that Schoen and Daboll are going to approach this the same way that the Bills did with Tyrod Taylor in 2017. They supported him all season, made the playoffs and generated all kinds of goodwill for the team and fanbase But they'll likely be one and done in the playoffs and whatever team they play (likely SF) will expose Jones for the limited, mediocre QB that the NYG know that he is Then, they'll trade him in the offseason, and build up the capital to draft one of the prized rookies But they're not giving Daniel Jones a big new contract, or paying his 5th year option. That goes against everything that they're working toward in the next few years
  20. Not to nitpick, but how does an NFL assistant coach even have time for online gambling, when they're basically working 100 hr weeks?
