  1. Yeah the Jags DL, which is below average, lived in the Bills backfield yesterday. I'll say it again, we have an OL who managed to stay upright and not get their jerseys dirty all game long, and a franchise QB who looks like he went through a meat grinder. For whatever reason the OL is playing badly, with no passion, and seemingly no regard for Allen's well being. Right now I'm worried about the Jets game, which i can't believe the Bills are favored by as much as they are, but as things stand now, the Bills are going to be underdogs to the Pats, and deservedly so
  2. The Pats play the sort of disciplined football that this current iteration of the Bills just can't figure out. A good friend of mine is a Pats fan, and in fact worked for the team for years. He's as sober as they come when it comes to football analysis and is way out on top of our pick 6 league. he watched the Bills the last few weeks and said there's a cancer on that team that nobody is talking about but you can see it on the field. At first I told him he was crazy but not, not so sure!
  3. I suggested benching Allen to keep his head attached to his shoulders, not as punishment. Until the Bills field at least a C- OL, we're risking the franchise to...prove a point? But go on defending the status quo, it's definitely working well
  4. Because within a half second of the snap there are 4 DL in the backfield
  5. Really? You don't see an existential problem with this team? I guess if they get smoked by the Jets next week you'll assure us that it's not really a problem? I mean if you dont want to see fans complaining after a loss like yesterday maybe a fan forum isn't for you?
  6. So let's just say that the Bills get their act together and squeak out a win against a bottom feeding team. Will you feel better about them then?
  7. Yup. it all comes down to Bills OL. Recent history suggest they are not up to the task
  8. Jets DL gonna feast. when does it make sense to start someone else at QB so we dont destroy the $240m man/ That's what you take away from this? that the Bills just got 'any given sunday'd?
  9. Yup. Can't wait to see what DEs we take in 1st 3 rounds
  10. The Bills went out and got a FA WR instead of OL help.
  11. You're right of course. My expectation at this point is that they'll drop both Pats games and if they're lucky, split with the Jets. Like I said yesterday, we might back into the playoffs like we did when we broke the drought but this team isn't built for playoff football. Hell, they're not built to beat the worst teams in the league. I was pissed enough about the game itself but seeing the Jags player comments about the Bills not seeming to have any heart or care if they won or lost just chapped my azz. That's 'culture' and maybe clappy mcidiot should focus on winning games and not whatever smooth brained notion of 'culture' he's been pushing. They are soft, and lack discipline. The O-Line doesn't seem to care if Allen gets killed or not. What's the story there? Did he piss them off somehow, or are they really a JV group of players? I'm sick and tired of seeing Allen get wrecked and a bunch of O-Lineman standing around with pristine jerseys and no DL around them.
  12. It is. If opposing teams are getting to Allen on 75% of plays rushing 4 and dropping 7 I don’t see us scoring much at all going forward. By all means though tell us who the Bills match up well against that’s left on our schedule the good news for us fans is that if the Bills lay another turd next week against the jets then we know the gig is up and we can get back to arguing about which high motor DEs we can’t overdraft next year
  13. yeah I guess at least now we can put to rest those delusions of grandeur what games left on the schedule are winnable with this team, as currently constituted? Serious question. 13.5 point faves over the jets? That’s. A lot of field goals!
  14. Just lol
  15. that plus an OC who is too cutesy with the play calling
  16. nono no you see we will draft high motor DEs in the 1st and 2nd and have ~the deepest~ DL rotation in the league. Not one of them will even have to break a sweat or get their jerseys dirty!
  17. McD should just wear a jester hat at the pats games and save us all the trouble
  18. For sure but we did nothing to earn a win.
  19. Any given Sunday and all that but they did lose to a 1 win team with a banged qb and missing players as well. This might be who the Bills are now and it’s on them to prove otherwise
  20. Jets D Line is legit, Bills O Line can’t block my grandmother and the other old ladies who died 20 years ago. feel free to draw your own conclusions The good news is that if the Jets beat the Bills then we can get about talking about the draft. It seems to be our most hopeful time
  21. yeah, the whole Bills O. clearly they were far too tired to play a game today. Sure hope they had fun, whatever they were doing
  22. I said this in the offseason, i do work in video analytics. There's nothing that an NFL ref does that couldnt be done 5000 times better and more quickly with AI/Machine Learning. Not to take any heat off the Bills miserable performance today, but the refs clearly put their fingers on the scale for the Jags today
  23. I'm sure this has been said already but he needs to learn to get rid of the ball faster. I've noticed during this 3 game swoon that if he doesn't throw it in 2 seconds it's either a broken play or a sack.
  24. Here's a hot take: The Buffalo Bills do not have a NFL caliber OL or RB If losing a mid round rookie OL makes all the difference, then you were not good to start with
