A salesman I knew for a long time was going away for the weekend when I really wanted my 2003 Jeep. Told me not to worry about it, it will still be here on Monday. So I show up on Monday and don't see it. I find the guy and he says I told ya not to worry, opens up a desk drawer and waves the keys. "Nobody was selling the car without these". He had stashed it on one of their other lots.

I had exact same problem, turned tv off and back on after 30 seconds and voila it worked. Are you using Directv?
