I think the Steelers have seen enough of Rudolph to know he isn't taking the team anywhere. My only concern is that the money is less from the Steelers, but hopeful it still makes it to the third round comp pick level. Maybe we can get this to happen again this year, rehab a semi-young qb who's had a rough go of it and turn it into a pick.

I went to one of the early public camp practices and he looked shaky there, feet moving constantly and he had trouble settling under the ball. Hopefully he will put some quality time in this offseason with the jugs machine. Looked to me like he ran a little high and I was worried about him fumbling although I don't remember him fumbling. Some competition needs to be added to the roster anyway, maybe a vet and a rook. Seems like there's plenty of Stevenson clones in the draft this year.

I guess I'm not most. I can't quantify it for you, but to me it's less likely that Farwell didn't make some attempt to tell Bass to squibb/pooch it. Especially with the 2 point conversion going on and the extra time that was there. Farwell being gone was probably not just one screwup, although this failure was probably the topper.
