  1. Congratulations! Now you have 403 years of literature to go to catch up to the rest of the world.
  2. That makes a lot of sense. The CBA does seem to cramp development by limiting interaction.
  3. Well said! There really does seem to have been a change in philosophy. I'm looking for great things to come.
  4. Sorry but I couldn't disagree more. If he was in a more professional style offense I would be more willing, but given the circumstances he needs time to develop. Also no one really knows what AJ can do so give him some time and see. If he flops oh well not much invested. On the other hand if he excels he could provide some value on the market.
  5. I really hope he becomes the QB this regime thinks he can be, but the reason he was a top 5 prospect is because of his size and arm strength, not his on field performances. Unfortunately that does not guarantee victories.
  6. My complaint about Allen are his struggles against inferior competition and his inaccuracy. I hope they can be overcome but I have my doubts.
  7. Don't Give these folks any more to think about, They are maxed out already. lol
  8. I found it interesting that while Murph was emphatic about him being honored Tasker was not. I always appreciated the heart and dedication he brought to the field and off.
  9. I brought this up several years ago, with John Murphy and Steve Tasker having differing opinions on it yesterday, and Fred signing to retire a Bill today I thought it merited renewing. What do you think?
  10. While I'm glad the drought is over part of me is lamenting their lower draft seeding.
  11. Actually makes a lot of sense. Garrett and Chubb as bookends and still have one of the four QB's. To be honest it's anybody's guess as to who will be successful out of this group so why not take the guy with the least amount of questions first.
  12. I feel Star is undervalued because all the media knows about are sacks. On the other hand if he was signed to the same contract by the patriots they would all claim it was a great move.
  13. Let them jump! While there are a plethora of QB choices there's no "guaranteed" franchise choice. Someone from round 2 or 3 may actually become a better choice in the long run. The Pats did what they always do, and that is dump a player approaching a big contract renewal for assets.
  14. How fortunate for the Colts he wasn't involved with the selection process.
  15. Which one of these QB's is a can't miss prospect? I'll tell you, none of em. I'm not saying any or all of them will not be elite but they all have issues.
  16. Don't want Rosen. There is no disputing his passing ability but he is a spoiled little rich kid who will get crushed in the NFL. Has a concussion history already. No thanks!
  17. The post didn't say don't take a QB, it said not to give away assets to move up when there is not a clear stand out. The recommendation I believe was to take one or even two QB's.
  18. A slow Tyrod with a much stronger arm. I certainly hope not. If they do draft him maybe he could convert to Tight End.
  19. If they don't trade up I hope they are able to drop down because they should be able to get who ever they like at 21 at 27 or 28 if it is a QB. If they are not looking at a QB in the first then stay put and make your picks.
