He was facing charges stemming from a hit and run, wasn't he? Edit: Just looked and he was involved in a hit and run in which a 78 year old man died. Some people are also saying he took his own life. Sad on many levels.

I picked Darien Porter just off a gut feeling. The Iowa St. defense was also a heavy Zone scheme. In 203 coverage snaps he was only targeted 17 times. He gave up 5 receptions for 70 yards. That's it. A passer rating of 4.7 is pretty impressive. He's 6'3", almost 200lbs, and could very well be the most athletically gifted CB in the class. He's kind of Tariq Woolen-esque in that regard. I don't know if they take him in the 1st or the 2nd, but I just have a feeling that he will end up being their guy in the Secondary.

Kenneth Grant would be exactly what the Bills need on their DL.

Yeah, it seems the Bills draft more on traits and a certain profile than they do the tape. If this is the case, and we're looking to go CB early, don't be surprised if our pick is Darien Porter of Iowa St.
-
Yeah, I think he will be right up there with some of the best in the game within a couple of seasons. If we are moving to more Man concepts like I had seen some people saying, then I see him as a fit. Heck, I think he'll be successful no matter what scheme imo. The guy is that talented and has that kind of athletic ability.

Personally, I like Barron. I think he is going to be a good CB in this league.
-
Sadly enough, he's probably still better than Deshaun Watson.

Ehhhh, idk. I guess it could happen. I see at least 3-4 guys I wouldn't expect to be drafted in those positions. I don't think Harmon makes it to us at #30. Side Note: I would be ABSOLUTELY disgusted if the Chiefs drafted Tre. Just completely nauseated.

With the 16th pick....in the 2025 NFL Draft....the Arizona Cardinals select Derrick Harmon, DT, Oregon We signed the ageless wonder Calais Campbell in FA, but the interior DL still needs work. And who better to teach a young, explosive defender like Harmon the tricks of the trade. Generating 43 pressures from the interior is insane, but that is what Harmon did. He has an excellent first step, uses his hands well, and will cross on an OL'man to get into the backfield to disrupt plays in an instant. Purdy, Darnold, Stafford, Derrick Harmon is coming for you. @Logic and the Bengals are on the clock.

Just a heads up, the Cardinals are open for business @ #16 if you're looking to trade up.

Well, that's it for Bond. He won't be drafted now.

Nope, not taking the bait. That has Peter Pan guy written all over it

https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/44615336/deshaun-watson-everyone-doubting-believe-myself He's turned into a bum QB. He'll never be the same, more or less better than before.

Certain athletes just can't fade away soon enough. I feel like isn't the sharpest tool in the shed marrying the guy in the first place as well.

Cardinals, Falcons, or Colts my friend.

With the 100th selection....in the 2025 NFL draft....the San Francisco 49ers Jalen Rivers, OT, Miami We like the young man's versatility. He played LT and LG during his time in Miami. He only allowed 1 sack and 7 hurries while protecting Cam Ward's blindside this past season. Standing at 6'6" with almost 35" arms, we like what we have to work with. He also moves well enough to get along in our offense. We see a young man we can possibly mold into a swing OT to replace Jaylon Moore, but at worst is a next man up at multiple positions on our OL. @Alphadawg7 and the Rams are on the clock

Draft Day Shocker: Giants take Ashton Jeanty with their first pick
H2o replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall
I wouldn't do it personally. But do they believe that's what is preventing them making the Playoffs, a RB? Without a marked improvement, I imagine both Schoen and Daboll are gone. It's a big risk to take. -
With the 75th pick....in the 2025 NFL Draft....the San Francisco 49ers select....... Kyle Kennard...Defensive End...South Carolina For the 2nd pick in a row we go the South Carolina well on defense. Kennard is a long, lean DE prospect. At this point, he wins more with his speed and finesse than he does his power. He has good swim move, as well as a dip-and-rip. He also finds and shoots gaps on defense effectively to create negative plays at times. At 6'5", he has plenty of room to add to his 254lb frame and increase his play strength. @Doc Brown and the Cowboys are on the clock.

TSW 1.0 Poll - Who should the Bills select at #56 ? (closes 2pm EDT)

I didn't really take that into account prior to reading this, but I believe you are correct. For some reason I was forgetting our second 2nd It doesn't take but so much rational thinking for the ND homer switch to flip. Vote changed as well.
