Notable Nexflix / Amazon / Premium Channel Series & Movies
apuszczalowski replied to Heitz's topic in Off the Wall
I started watching Top Gear with what Netflix here in Canada had and thought it was still pretty good with Matt Leblanc. Seems to be a little less talking about cars and more videos of them driving/testing them. Got the latest season on google play and loved when matt takes one of the other hosts out camping in the US in a giant ford truck and tells him they are going to hunt bigfoot (and gets annoyed everytime the other host refers to bigfoot as a giant ape or gorrilla) Haven't caught The grand Tour yet, don't really want to get Amazon Prime just for that, was hoping Amazon would atleast release it on Blu Ray or something. I love watching Gear-head type shows and like on Netflix the show Roadkill with some of the writers/editors of Hotrod and their other car/offroad magazine. Usually they were trying to complete some challenge they gave themselves involving budget and some kind of vehicle. This is good to know cause I was thinking about starting this show but now may hold off I spend alot of nights on my computer working so I usually have one monitor on netflix or some show/movie and will binge watch seasons of shows in the background. Right now I am about half way through Vice Principles w/ Danny McBride. Just finished season 3 of Ballers w/ Dwayne Johnson. -
I though t he was refering to taking over the role after he died in real life? When Woody Harrelson took over I remember being a young kid growing up and watching night court when i was allowed to stay up late. I remember him being big into magic. One of the bios I read yesterday about him talked about him opening up a magic shop in the french quarter of NO along with a speak easy after he stopped acting full time

How big of a garden do you plant?
apuszczalowski replied to mead107's topic in Off the Wall Archives
I built 2 raised beds w/ lattice backs probably 2' x 6' and a lower raised bed thats about 6' x 6' in my back yard. Had to go raised cause the ground in my yard is mostly clay I also had a couple of pots with cherry tomoatos in them. Planted a few apple trees in the back behind the garage too last year. I have been using the garden for about 2 years now. First year tried cucumbers, peppers, tomatos, a squash, pumpkin and a watermellon plant. The Cherry tomoatos were good, along with the cucumbers (had a ton) the first year. Had what I though was a watermelon turn out to be an unripe pumpkin, ended up with 2 small pumpkins. Tomatos were rotting around where they attach to the vine just as they were rippening, the peppers weren't bad but would also start to rot or get eaten before they were ripe enough to pick. Did get a few hot peppers. Second year wasn't so good but also planted beets from seeds and Broccolli. What I would recommend and plan on changing this year - Only a couple of tomato plants, they get pretty big and take over - Squash, Pumpkin, & Watermelon need alot of room because the vine will just keep growing out along the ground - Leave the beets in the ground for as long as you can, The leaves can be deceiving - Cherry tomoato plants seem to grow well in large pots on their own (until your kids start picking unripe ones and squash or throw them) - Cucumbers love to climb and best to have access to both sides of what they climb if possible cause some may grow on the back I may plant more from seeds this year instead of plants like I have in previous years. I have been lucky that the garden has been destroyed by animals, I get oppossums, skunks, raccons, squirrels and cats in my yard and it hasn't been bad. Last year I was even surprised to find a groundhog was living under my shed when it came out to walk around the yard one day. I am also thinking of trying some herbs or smaller stuff this year on the deck in some tall planters I bought last summer. I grew up with having gardens in the back yard. My grandmother had a garden that was atleast half her back yard that she grew everything in, along with some pear trees. We used to get calls every few days that she had stuff from her garden for us that I would have to walk over to go get. My dad also had a large garden in our backyard which we usually had lots of tomatos, green beans, cucumbers and beets. Never though I would have a garden when I was older though. My wife had wanted to do one at our last house so I started building the raised boxes but never installed them, so when we moved I installed them at the new house and ended up doing most of the work in them, lol. I get jokes all the time in my house and from family because I planted a lot of bushes and trees in my yard. Growing up we had alot of trees in our small back yard and this house had none (and none close by due to the property behind it being industrial (parking lot for an old factory) I do find it peaceful some times being out in the evening and just watering all the plants in the backyard in the summer -
Living to 92, while taking care of her husband who was in worst shape is pretty impressive. Then throw in that she can also held the title of First lady and First Mother for 2 presidencies is amazing Whether you agree or disagree with the families political views/time in office or not, she was someone I think anyone no matter of political party/belief could say was a very classy, strong and respectable woman.

I thought Cameras weren't allowed in court rooms during trials? -
25,000 inside the stadium for the actual draft, the rest outside at the 'Draft Festivities"........... Plus its Texas, everything bigger their, like their math and counting skills....... Its like the Inauguration, it might only look like 25k people, but when Jerry and the NFL are done counting and doing their math, it was atleast 250k (probably all Cowboys fans too......) The one comment only mentions that the outdoor festivities are free, I'm sure the NFL and Jerry are charging if you want to sit inside the stadium for the actual draft....

Its not about getting "equal value", thats what will end up getting you fired if your too nice Your job as the GM of your team is too get the best deal possible for your team by giving up as little as possible Its also not so easy because different teams/GMs may value the spots and needs differently. The Bills, using the Value chart could come up with a package using however many of their 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th round picks this year and next year that could equal the value of on the chart of one of the top 5 picks, but what team is going to be willing to make that deal? They are getting "equal value" according to the chart Barkley is being touted as the top player in the entire draft, not just the top RB, Guice isn't being considered as high so I would say theres a drop

Tom Brady in the news again
apuszczalowski replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Are you saying Tom Brady is Bon Jovi staring in Team America while being Trumps muscle guy? Get your tin foil hats on........ -
If they don't get one of the top QB's in the draft the bills should just fold the franchise........... Everyone could then line up along the Peace bridge, or a tall building and just jump and end it all Cause life isn't worth living and its going to be impossible to even look competitive in any games if they don't get Rosen/Darnold/Allen/Mayfield..............

Well McCaron spent his first few seasons on the bench too And there wasn't any QB controversies in NE to have Brady start over Bledsoe

Richie Incognito Un-retires via Twitter?
apuszczalowski replied to loyal2dagame's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Tyrod took a pay cut after being in the Pro Bowl too.... Wasn't "athletes first" his former agent? The ones he fired on twitter? Most people look at a persons entire lifes work and not justvthe short period of time that they played a game really well for their favorite team........ -

The also gave away their Pro Bowl QB too..... -
I would think the biggest problem would be laying the new tracks and requiring overpasses or tunnels for road crossing. You could have stations just like you do airports to rival air travel. You could do this for local rail travel cause the train would never get to any worthwhile speed between stops. Wonder what the cost comparisons would be to run compared to air travel? Assuming these are the magnetic trains where they run on basically electrical magnets compared to airlines and jet fuel?

New Era Draft Caps drop this Thursday
apuszczalowski replied to Captain Murica's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
League doesn't want to promote or allow the use of anything with the term "gang" and "mafia". I saw a list that had the top 5 and worst 5 of the hats. Bill's had 2nd best, they said the k ly reason it wasn't higher was the slogan on the inside band. Patriots had 3rd worst, basically saying that outside of Mass-of-two-Sh*ts, why would you want to wear something that has a slogan you wouldn't want to hear your boss say to you? Dolphins were second worst because of their inspiring, and original slogan "Go Fins" -

Love the hipster trendy names they give these places today to describe something to make it sound more high end. I see housing developments for adults 55+ and they call them "adult lifestyle communities" Instead of senior or retirement communities. But around here in the north this seems to be where trends are heading with shopping centers. They are getting away from the indoor malls where stores are accessed through an inside corridor and replaced with strips of stores that are accessed through exterior walkways. The outlet mall off the QEW in Niagara on the Lake was built this way recently, and the Pen Centre in St Catharines apparently was originally built that way then covered to create an indoor mall back in the 80s I believe. -
There's a woman in Canada who is in a bunch of Canadian commercials and the one day saw her on a kids show my kids were watching playing the mom.

Billicheat ripped Gronkowski for using TB12 Method
apuszczalowski replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not giving them any sympathy Just saying that I think theres a shell/bubble around this team protecting them and their image now that will crack/burst when their success comes to an end and its may surprise many just how dysfunctional or how much hate there is between BB and Brady -

Probably because people dont just forget what some people have been like and done in the past because he was good for a few years on your favorite team. -

apuszczalowski replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have a feeling that when it's all over in NE we are going to hear a lot of things come out about the culture and locker room of that team and that Brady and BB really didn't like each other but put up with each other because of the success. Seems theres a lot of things quietly being swept under the rug out there to continue the sharade that everything is cohesive and great in NE..... On bad season and I think it explodes
