  1. I sure as hell hope they do to an extent. The Chiefs defense relies on heavy blitzing that wants to get to you before you get to us. The Chiefs won the AFC Championship by mugging Bills WR's and them letting it go. I don't want that because the Bills tend to play a more passive style of defense which gives the Chiefs an edge. I want the refs to call the penalties as they see it.
  2. this is no longer a thing but you are right in the past
  3. Had a pretty good last drive carrying the Washington offense down the field
  4. Thank you. In two season before this one, Gibson has had 1,832 rushing yards, 541 Receiving yards and 21 TDs in 2 seasons averaging 4.35 yards a carry. Washington is a disaster, Rivers just called out Wentz in a presser, Snyder is the worst owner in sports. I’m advocating for him as a complimentary piece to Singletary
  5. Its not about upgrading Singletary. Its about upgrading whats behind him and protecting your Running Back room for next year. I'm not asking for him to come in and be the lead back. He's way better than Moss and he's better than James Cook right now. It allows Cook to do what he does best, catch passes. Singletary and Gibson split the carries.
  6. This is a logical take in my opinion. Forgot about that side of things when I created the thread. For the people who are hating the idea, he had 4.7 yards on average as a rookie, 4.0 in his second year, and has essentially been benched in his 3rd year. Anyone ever consider that Washington has one of the worst cultures, offenses, a HC who doesn't know offense etc and that a guy might be checked out and would flourish in the Bills faster uptempo, culture built team.
  7. I almost hate starting a topic about another Running back after the McCaffery ones and I'm not even sure the Bills are in the market for one but it appears that Antonio Gibson is getting benched for Rookie RB Brian Robinson. They also signed J.D. McKissick to be their 3rd down back after he reneged on signing with the Bills this offseason. He is only 24, he is under contract through next season. Has starting experience, is explosive, and can catch the ball. I think this is a guy I would make a play on for a mid round pick. His contract is super cheap as well and protects the Bills against Devin Singletary's impending Free Agency next year. Somehow it appears he has ended up in the Washington doghouse and him splitting reps with Singletary this year and then Cook next year would be pretty ideal in my mind.
  8. Two terrible play calls. Your going to run down the clock regardless. You have the 2nd best kicker in the league behind Tucker. Run the ball and get the 1st down and reset.
  9. If it was a minute left I could see it with 4 1/2 I kick the XP
  10. I asked on twitter but what’s the point of a delayed pass rush by the stand up DE if your not even going to chuck the TE off the line. Either chuck him or get your ass on the rush
  11. Yup Hardeman did that same ***** that Kelce did
  12. Illegal shift on Hardeman on the big catch. Moving towards the line at the snap.
  13. People also need to remember that the team that trades(Carolina) eats the entire signing bonus and the team trading for him is only on the hook for the yearly salary.
  14. Its such an underrated movie and honestly might be Billy Bob Thornton's best work
  15. I agree with most of the posters. The only thing I could see them going after at the trade deadline is an offensive lineman. Maybe a RB only if the value is right.
  16. I actually disagree with the original poster. The Steelers didn't throw over the middle a ton yesterday when the game mattered. They were throwing a ton of sideline routes early and deep fades down the sidelines. It wasn't until the Bills had the Steelers on the ropes that they went soft in the middle and the Steelers started catching the underneath middle of the field type routes because they just wanted to keep the clock running.
  17. Matt Rhule will survive with his paid 4 years of fully funded vacation. When he's ready to come back to coaching, he'll have a line of middle to top college programs waiting to hire him.
  18. The Bills have done him no favors and I don’t even mean just the lack of playing time. Everytime he runs the ball it’s outside the tackles. The Bills have to establish him as an inside the tackles runner before the outside stuff will work. Every team knows he’s coming in and running it outside. They need to split him out wide in WR routes
  19. Pickens was really good early on. The one thing I didn’t like was as the game got out of hand, he was running his routes half assed. Pickett and You are the future of Pittsburgh, run the routes with some conviction for your QB
  20. Devin Singletary. Bills get the run game working but even more as a pass catcher out of the backfield. The Steelers will implement the same game plan as last year and the Bills need to matriculate down the field and with limited weapons singletary becomes bigger in the passing game.
  21. I suspect we're not going to have Edmunds so we are definitely going to be short handed in the back 7 but hopefully our pass rush can speed up Pickett's thought process on things.
  22. Elam. Jackson is a veteran, has played just as well if not better than Elam.
  23. I prefer fan duel but like other posters said your going to lose more than you win . Even the sharps only win at like a 52% clip. I won 4,000 off a couple nice bets but immediately lost 2,500 of it back and was like nope done with this. I agree with the other poster either small bets or a small parlay bet that you will lose a lot but if you win once in a blue moon you’ll make it back and then some
  24. I mean I had an interaction with Marv at the old Fredonia Training camps back in the day where a thin piece of rope separated fans and the players. My brother and I were inside the rope and asked Marv for the autograph. He gave it to us but also lectured us that we shouldn't be in this area. I mean this area was empty there was really no one else around. My only other real interaction with a football player was when I was young as well. I met Walter Payton. I mean I was like 6 but it was at the Canton Hall of Fame and he came up and talked with my grandparents and shook my hand and told me it was a pleasure to meet me. Obviously being a young kid he took the time, but to talk to my grandparents as well and smiling ear to ear the whole time. I can understand why the NFL named their man of the year after him. Its a shame a guy like that was taken way too soon.
