I think our lack of weapons combined with their changes in looks are an issue here today. We are doing enough to win as a team but it is not pretty. But pretty doesn't matter as long as there is a W in the win column. That remains to be seen obviously.

Bryce Young starting to look like a capable quarterback these last couple of weeks. Of course they have been against the Saints and Giants so reserve judgement still but he seems calmer and more in control than before he was benched.

I expect the RB's and TE's to be a huge part of the gameplan this week solely because they have no choice. Shakir might catch 20 passes this week if not.

Simplify rules that are open to interpretation. Make the game simpler. Work with the NCAA to foster a developmental system for college referees at the FBS level. Applicants must be in the top 10% of their position in their conference grading to be eligible to be promoted to the NFL and only the top 10% of officials in the NFL are eligible for promotion. These guys make great money for being Part Time. Like we're talking 6 figures good money. Its time to reward the top guys. I'm not saying thats perfect but it would be a big step towards making it better at least.

My initial thought is this as well. You would expect them to sign someone. I mean all 3 of our backups (Morrow, Andreessen, and Ulofoshio) and have been inactive game day decisions at points this season. If we don't see a corresponding LB move at least to the PS this could mean that Milano is very close to returning.

I mean take it whatever way you want but it appears Ankou isn’t too pleased with being passed up. Can’t say I blame him entirely. He’s been here for years on the PS, has put in a lot of back and forth when the Bills needed him. Came back after being let go by another team. He’s stuck on the Bills PS and been a good teammate and player for us.

I think its ways too early to be thinking about possible scenarios. A lot of things can happen good and bad and we have no clue which teams let alone how they will be seeded. To me thats what matters most is who do we get matched up with.
