My favorite is Derek Eater when someone caught a bad angle of him. and Allen isn’t exactly in the greatest shape either. Most qbs are skinny soy boys (see Brady,Tom) or dad bods with a great arm. Jacked, really in shape qbs never make it (see Quinn, Brady or now Levis, Will). Basically, this is the only reason I didn’t make it as a nfl qb. Too muscular. 😉 Qbs, pitchers, basketball shooters rarely do chest or fly type exercises. The “glamour” exercises can really mess with your mechanics.

Trust me, I know Lamar has definitely dropped the ball in several ways. But I never get why people get worked up over negotiating. He hasn’t missed a game and it’s the end result that matters. If he ends up getting his money or close to it, what did this really effect?

Agreed and I like Campbell. It would need to be a generational type LB and Campbell doesn’t seem like he’s that type. It also seems like bad team building. Draft a guy in the first, let him walk, and then draft another guy in the 1st 4 years later? Most LBs are a product of the d line in front of them.

I hated the idea of Beckham and clearly Diggs was an ascending player without injury. But it’s one year and the Ravens are desperate. Can’t see it changing them major in any way but they are at least trying to get some playmakers and it’s not a major investment.

Rivers made the playoffs 7 out of 16 season. Lamar made it every year if his career until he missed the rest of this year when they were the number 1 seed. Is Allen never going to win a SB because he hasn’t? Saying absolutes about young qbs, much less one who has a 70% winning %, is pretty stupid.

I agree but I think this was a move to keep Lamar. I think Beckham is washed and a bigger name than his actually game (a lot of Bills fans loved his name apparently) but I’m sure Lamar is excited about this. I bet he plays the the year on the tag and they promise him a deal if he performs.

Yes. Kyle Allen has never and will ever elevate your team. Literally, there is not one great quality about him other than he’s probably nice. He has a losing record as a starter (team stat I know) and almost as many ints as tds. He is one of the worst backups in the nfl. Teddy Two Gloves is out there. I heard crazy Chad Kelly on a pod. I’d rather have him. Teams constantly do this and it’s so dumb. Have the scrub journeyman non threatening guy as your backup. If Henne had to play more last playoffs, the Chiefs don’t win the SB. Luckily Brady was on HGH or else they would have been dead with Gabbert. you’re limited at backup qbs but we have a great situation where a backup would probably take less because if they played on a good team, they can look better. Bridge water is a million times better than Allen. We have one of the worst backups in the nfl. Hopefully he never plays. Nice guy I’m sure. Good in the lockerroom!

Very bad. We traded up for Zay Jones instead of staying out and taking Cooper Kupp. The chiefs took CEH over Tee Higgins. The draft is stupid. I mean it was a 300 lbs guy hitting a woman. It’s a terrible look. Great player but I struggle to root for guys like that. It’s weird that fans got so upset about Kaepernick yet are fine with these scumbags on their team. Seems wildly hypocritical to me.
