I actually listen to the podcast and Dilfer seemed like he liked Allen. Just thought he shouldn’t play yet. As a reformed homer, I wonder if I was completely irrational as some of these fans. side note, but Ryen R has an awesome podcast comparing nfl qbs to girlfriends. Along with EJ’s Carolina game, Trent’s SD game, Fitz’s NE game, and JP’s Houston game. ?

Two schools of thought 1). We need to give Belichick one more season to get it right 2) Dick Jauron went 13-3 so he deserves more time. i HATE pretty much everything they have done offensive. This offense is built for the 70s and it won’t even be good then. If they hire an offensive guru, I’d feel much better about things. But the thought of SM picking offensive players is terrifying.

For those bashing TD, his college career was fair superior over Allen’s: 30 td to 5 int, 64% passer, 9th in the heisman, and went 6th overall. It Josh Allen has the greatest “potential “ of any qb in history! Dude also won a SB. 3) why does this take bother people? This offense sucks, Allen was fair from a finished product, and it seems like he can develop some bad habits playing on a sucky team. Fact: Josh Allen is the only qb ever drafted with talent. Their oline is terrible. They haven’t been able to run the ball until Rosen has been in there and Fitz is looking like a guy who is about to retire. I’d given them a slight edge offensive but it’s like 31 vs 32.

If Rosen had half of the issues RI had, you’d be killing him and talking about how bad of a person he is. You are a hypocrite and lack consistency. It’s a bad look and why people don’t take you serious. RI was a POS long before this past year. It’s embarrassing some of you choose to overlook this because we couldn’t find a solid G to replace him. I hope he dates your daughters. ?

If Allen has that game, you would find every excuse for every incompletion while praising him. Just be consistent John. Arizona isn’t that much more talented than the Bills right now. And i I freely admit I wanted to take Rosen. Some people hate him because they don’t like his politics. Personally, I just believe he is just built more to be a successful, consistent qb than Allen. IMO, Allen is going to alternate between the Minnesota and GB games his whole career.

Gregg Williams is a piece of crap and a miserable human being. SM seems like a genuine and nice guy. If anything, he is young Dick Jauron. We have essentially played Jauronball the last 2 years. We “overachieved” because of the lack of talent they helped provided. Last year was the greatest version of Jauronball ever besides Jauron’s 13-3 year.

SM would probably be an amazing high school coach. He definitely should be running a nfl team though. and in fairness, I don’t care about quotes. The proof is on the field. They get credit for breaking the drought (as does Dalton, luck, and a crap AFC). But this has been some boring football. 132 passing yards in a league that is setting scoring records. Aren’t we one of the oldest teams in the nfl?

How are they similar players? Mahomes has almost as many td passes in 4 games as RG3 did in the season. Also, Mahomes doesn’t run a ton and that was a huge part of RG’s game. What is similar about them? The Bears fired coach and got an offensive one.

Bring in a proven guy who has good nfl experience picking offensive players and don’t let McDermott mettle. These draft needs to be offensive heavy. Then let McDermott choose d backs in the late rounds. You probably could be if you were friends with Bill Polian’s son or your dad worked in the nfl. That’s how 90% of these guys get their start.

Sammy didn’t have the right character. We need leaders and character guys like Kelvin Benjamin. Rex loves that he has a brother that can be classified as the fat one.

Well said. I loved making he playoffs. Great party and it was cool to see a playoff game with my team, as bad as that game was. But in a league seeing record scoring, we are averaging 132 yards passing! We should just give that a pass?

Haha, obviously very happy we got to experience a playoff team. If anything it goes to show how pathetic we have been for the last 17 years. That was not a good team. We were not a good team that got lucky. The 2014 and 2002? Teams were far superior but just were in a better conference. They definitely get another year. But Dick Jauron went 13-3 one year.

Forgot he want ahead of Cooper Kupp too! And we traded up for him. Trust the process!
