McFaddens Out? PSA for NYC Bills Viewing
C.Biscuit97 replied to plenzmd1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The place was always packed to the gills. I believe it was only on domestic during the game. But only the game gets going, shots start flowing so I imagine they did well. But nothing is cooler than getting off the train in Manhattan and being surrounded by Bills fans on the streets. -

McFaddens Out? PSA for NYC Bills Viewing

McFaddens closed? That’s depressing. One of the best places I’ve ever watched a Bills game. $20 all you can drink/ wings in NYC during the game. -

I don’t remember that. It’s awesome to have a guy on the Bills side. Most media gives a lot of love when we’re good (Jim Rome goes crazy for the Bills). But (hater alert), we aren’t normally good. I mean you guys did violate TOS be calling me out directly but I’m in great mood so I’ll let you nerds live. -

https://www.niagara-gazette.com/bills-dose-schein-likes-buffalo-s-chances/article_ccd76a6a-d96c-57d1-be01-4bcb3871bb1c.html he’s the rare national media member who is a Bills homer. Love how positive he is about the team and the area and it’s a great change from most members. But he really isn’t objective toward us. Still great to have a Buffalo fan though. ? Been at work, saving lives. Also preparing for a 2nd job interview on Monday. ? You drank when you were 10? The guy who attacked posters for daring to question Trent Edwards, JP Losman, Donte Whitner, EJ, and Dick Jauron has become a hater. ? -
I’m not sure about this Gunner. Think about what Gailey did with Fitz (7th rounder journeyman), SJ (7th rounder), FJax, Nelson, Chandler, and Donald Jones. Those were some very creative and fun offensive teams. There was a ton more talent with Marrone in Buffalo and Jacksonville. If Gailey has those teams and DCs, I think he is much more successful than Marrone IMO.

Bills 2017 Draft - It Might Be Really Good
C.Biscuit97 replied to BillsfaninSB's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You have a bad memory Doc. He got roasted on here any time he gave up a catch. I think Gilmore and White are really good cbs. People hated Gilmore because he didn’t smile when he was drafted and was quiet. White is more out going so he is liked more. -

It’s cult like if you don’t agree with the majority. There was nothing rooting wrong with your criticism and non Bills fans would say the same. You didn’t say Allen sucked or couldn’t improve. Everyone is so sensitive. -

Fair but there were many fans who didn’t think he was any good here. That’s fair. It’s so close and subjective. Like I looked At the all pro teams and had no idea Kyle Fuller made it. -

White is very good but he didn’t even make an all pro or a pro bowl. I think we are getting a little ahead of ourselves. I bet the team feels the same way if they were to negotiate a contract. -

There are some very whiny blue collar people out there who complain about everything and everyone. There are white collar people who do what you describe blue collar people as. I would bet bet a lot of people would say Brady and Rodgers are white collar. But those dudes were completely overlooked and worked their butts off to get where they are at. -

So sick of the term blue collar. I think it’s a subtle put down. They do with Buffalo a lot and it’s residents. You aren’t super smart or talented, you just work hard. Like there are no other type of people in Buffalo or that “white collar” people don’t work hard. and to make the nfl, you have to work your @ss off. Very few dudes are so talented that can coast to make it to the league. How many Bills players have been recently who’s problem was not working hard enough as opposed to just not being good enough? The foundation of the rosters for the last 18 years is hard working guys who just aren’t good enough. -
Bills 2017 Draft - It Might Be Really Good

I wanted Evans who went before us. But Sammy was far and away the best receiver and one of the best college receivers I have ever seen. Matt Ryan isn’t Matt Ryan without Julio (Sammy and Julio has similar numbers after 3 years). So it worked out for the Falcons and not us. But they were essentially the same gamble. -

He started every game for the worst defense in the nfl. His only skill is cheap shots. He had one of the greatest starts of any Bills rookie I can remember and has been an average to below average player since. McCoy is fading (they could have traded him and gotten some value for him a few years ago) but he is a borderline HOFer. -

Well, they tried it for EJ. Obviously it was the wrong move. I generally agree you don’t trade up for a non qb in the draft but Sammy was one of the best college receivers I have ever seen. I do like that he went all in for his qb. I won’t hate if we went all in for a stud for Allen to throw to now (Antonio Brown). and Kiko has sucked for the last 5 years. That trade was a flat out robbery. -
Agreed but you also need elite talent. McCoy was kinda of scumbag when he got here. Kelly, Thurman, Bruce, etc we’re far from choirboys. The Cowboys of the 90s. I think the saying was you can one a hole but you don’t want to get too many so they end up hanging out with each other. Coughlin hates everything.
