He was a great player on team with a terrible passing game. I do worry about college guys who get a lot of carries though. But he certainly would be interesting in the mid rounds.

Trust me, I’m not losing any sleep over JN. But I just think given his salary and supposed role in Washington, it would be a much different situation here. But I’m more than fine with drafting a guy. In fact, I’m prepared for a 1st round cb to make BillfromNYC lose his mind again! ?

He might be washed. But he was in a different role in Washington than he was here. im really critical of this regime, especially on offense. But if SM chooses to pursue JN, I will blindly trust his judgment on defensive backs. He’s excellent in terms of evaluating the position. And if he doesn’t want to pursue him and just sign/ draft another guy, I’m perfectly find with that as well.

He was signed as shut down cb. He’s not close to that but could be real solid in a #2 or #3 zone corner role in a defense he excelled in. Not a huge need but if the price is right, it could be interesting. He could sign a one year, prove it deal that could benefit both parties.

I wanted TT replaced and was very critical of him. But the hate he gets now is so laughable and predictable. He was from great but he was a good game manager and won more than he lost. He also got totally boned by this new regime when they forced him into a west coast offense, traded his best receiver away weeks before the opener, and replaced him with scrubs like Matthews and Benjamin because they were in love with one of the worst qbs ever. but they are mostly likely going to draft a guy hire and let him compete with Tyrod for the job. Kinda of a non story. So he is a moron because of something that hasn’t happened yet? He also has a higher winning % than our coach.

Do you think Allen is championship caliber? Jimmy G almost won the SB. I don’t see Dak as elite but people go to far to bash him. He is 40-24, completed nearly 66% of his passes, 97 td to 36 int, a 97 qb rating, along with 21 rushing tds. We would be over the moon if Allen has a start like that to his career.

I don’t know how much more talented some of these draft wrs are than KG. He’s really good and he’s proven. Especially given the way this staff has drafted at wr. but you’re dead on about the money. He is going to get paid big real soon.

I mean we’re never going to agree on this and that’s fine. But 60% is like .500 for a qb. He has never hit .500 so it’s like saying 7-9 Jauron is a .500 coach. It’s not true. You think Allen is the only qb who throws downfield? He is 26th in yards per attempt. again, I’ve seen some improvement and I’m definitely fine with another year. But I just think some of y’all are just quick to dismiss this. I could only imagine how much hate Lamar Jackson or some other qb would get if they were a 58.8% passer.

So what’s the reasons in college, Juco, and high school? Are there videos of every drop because not all drops are the same. For instance, I remember a crossing route with Brown against CLE where it is completely thrown behind but he gets his hands on it? Is that considered a drop (honestly asking)? Did you believe some qbs throw a more catchable football? if Allen hit 60% once on any level of football, it’s easier to find reasons why. But when he never has, it definitely seems like a serious issue for him. good news is they should add some wrs (though they have been really bad at drafting them) and he has next year to prove it. But to ignore it is putting your head in the sand imo.

Not to be mean because she certainly is attractive but I’m not perving out like some posters over her. It reminds me about the Tannehill wife comments. Never got the hype. And of course a millionaire football player could get a physically hotter girl. But love is about more than that and she’s certainly attractive. Sad! but my rule of thumb is never comment about a person’s girlfriend or wife. Once they start dating someone, they cease to exist to me. It’s bad karma.

I just want this to keep going. We can make a million posts and counter points. But anyway you slice it, it hitting 60% in the nfl isn’t good enough. Not hitting 60% in the SEC isn’t good enough, much less the MWC. But it is also not fair to say there wasn’t progress. As a critic of the pick, I think people are too easy to dismiss this number and find other things to blame instead of Allen. But he’s definitely earn another full year of starting. however if we are asking the same questions next offseason, it’s problem time to move on.

I mean maybe they are in love! But as some posters who are shocked that a pro athlete cheated on a hot wife, imagine being 24 and having a millions of dollars. You have to work to turn down females. And most of those females could care less if you’re married. I think love is awesome but I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to stay faithful with all that temptation. and I think this whole season might be the best thing for his career. He needed to be humbled. Getting humbled early in your career makes you grow up. If was any other team besides the cursed Browns, I’d bet on them rebounding in a big way next year.

This is like the people who spend all their complaining how awful and biased CNN and Fox News are yet they watch them everyday and get mad about it.

I was with until the second paragraph. Of course the situation matters. JP Losman sat for a year and started for a team coming off a 9-7 season. The Jags built a powerhouse defense (kinda like Buffalo) and Bortles wasn’t asked to carry the team. Leaf was popping crazy pills. again, he might not be good enough. But the Cards and Fins did everything in their power to make sure he won’t be. I’m a big fan of Louis Riddick and he is all about these teams not giving him a real shot. More young qbs are ruined than made. amazingly enough, Buffalo has done a fairly good job developing a quarterback for once.

Every once in a while, Dave and Busters is a damn good time.

They invested in by giving a first time defensive head coach and firing his OC 4 games into rookie season. They then traded him to a team hat was trading off their best players. like I said, he could just suck. But imo, I don’t remember a worse situation a young top 10 pick qb has ever been in. I think the Bills have made some questions offensive moves around Allen but it is a way more functional situation than Rosen has been in.

8.5 is probably our highest in years and our schedule is much harder. We also didn’t really beat any good teams last year so there probably are some questions about us nationwide. but put money on it then and you can laugh at it when you win. Yeah but if you think it is low, it would be a great time to bet it because if they have a great free agency and draft, it could go up.
