He’s having a historically great season. can we stop pretending like it’s some crazy conspiracy that some media is “hyping” up Jackson unfairly? Allen or Jackson are both more than worthy of being MVP.

I think we are going to be more run heavy/ play action heavy this post season. Some of the reasons our defense folds in the playoffs (remember Frazier and his awful top 3 defenses every year? 🤮) are injuries and because you face better qbs in the postseason. McDermott would be a dummy not to realize this and know the best defense can be a good offense. I feel like they purposely don’t use Cook as much as they could. I can see Davis and Allen running the ball more as well. This defense is like the Colts during the manning years. If we get a lead, we are pretty good.

1 - this model and the Chiefs will be the new receiving model going forward. Your big money qb will be asked to elevated castoffs and young guys with cheap contracts. You don’t have to deal with paying a diva, annoying, self centered WR a ton of money since they rarely are on SBs. 2 - your castoffs and young guys get locked down because you are playing better teams/ defenses and you can’t convert clutch situations because you don’t have a guy to go to (though Shakir could be that guy). it will be very interesting to see how it plays out. As a former wr, I can’t stand most of them because they are just about themselves but I’d be lying to say this isn’t a bit of a worry.

Eh. The pro bowl is kinda a joke. I think our o line is just as good as the Ravens; cook should have made it, and Flowers shouldn’t be a pro bowler. Allen is going to win MVP but pro bowl doesn’t mean a thing.

Think about before the season and 2 Jets’ offensive players were going in the first 2 rounds of fantasy drafts!!!! (I still think Wilson is really good) what a sad Franchise! I pray they hire Rex Ryan.

I gotta push back on this and it has nothing to do with how awesome Allen is. But that’s why I hate the MVP talk because he kinda craps on the rest of the team. do people not remember who Allen was when we got him? He was an extremely raw qb from Wyoming. The Bills were a playoff team the year before. They keep the same OC for Allen for 4 years, which rarely happens. They have consistently been a playoff team under McBeane. People need to stop acting like this team is the Jets when it is one of the best organizations in the NFL. Allen has developed into possibly the best player in the nfl. But this organization helped him developed into that.

I actually think the Bills don’t use Cook as much as they should. Dude averages 5.0 ypc. But he is healthy so I can’t second guess it. But he 100% is a top 5 rb and deserving of recognition. I think a few o linemen deserved if as well but honestly, most people don’t pay attention to the o linemen. I mean he probably should. He has the most leverage he ever has and RBs get treated like dirt. Some Bills fans completely undervalue him as well.

Another reason why MVP is stupid: why isn’t Jayden Daniels more talked about? They were a joke franchise and won 4 games last year. Because he’s a rookie?

He literally has the easiest job in sports - just play on obvious passing downs; line up wide; and tackle the qb (or even get near him) once or twice and he is a star. I get the move but it has been one of the worst signings in Bills history. Hopefully, he can do something to justify it at some point.

First Bills game was the 1993 championship against the Chiefs. So cold. Giants one in 2007 with rain and wind was awful. That garbage 3-0 Pats MNF game with the wind and rain. That cold and snowy NE game wasn’t even that bad. basically, any game that is rainy and windy haha.

Agreed but it’s his best friend having a gruesome injury and they aren’t robots. They weren’t beating the Chiefs anyways. Just seems like piling on because he’s regressed this year.

Leslie Frazier getting fired after having multiple top 3 defense looks insane now. Especially considering most of this board thinks Edmunds sucks as a MLB. Babich is young so he gets another year but so many double standards on this board. But he was quiet!

BS. Harbaugh is a great coach but has a higher winning % with Lamar as a qb. And what system? You talking about the Roman system? You mean the one that has taken one of the best young passers in Herbert and made him a game manger? Or the new system where Lamar is throwing for 40 tds and 4.000 yards with future HOF WRs Zay Flowers and Bateman? maybe the guy who won MVPs in both systems is the system. This is hindsight. There was plenty of talk about Peyton being a regular season star passer before he won. He could never win a big game in college and Tennessee won the national championship the year after he left. It was dumb. And Belichick before and after Brady has been an average to slightly below average head coach. Fun fact, Tony Dungy has a better record without BB than BB has without Brady.

I mean that’s kinda obvious. But i think it’s more because of their injuries and the fact he really hasn’t played football in a year. I think if he was on a healthy Lions team, he could fill in for a couple of games and get a few wins.

I mean it seems like there is some double standards here. If he was laughing and smiling, he doesn’t care. If he cries, he is soft. I don’t think you should cry unless it’s a major game. But would I make fun of Allen for crying? Of course not. I like players who care. Because real men show no emotion when their friend suffers a major injury!!! You know Allen and Burrow told the coaches after the Hamlin thing they didn’t want to play right? Stroud has regressed this year but that’s a dumb reason to criticize him. I agree. And he wasn’t the same guy but Diggs injury was big. The. Collins got hurt. Now Dell. big regression and disappointing year. I can see him rebounding next year though. But Houston is as disappointing of a playoff team as there is.
