  1. Fields showing skills and courage tonight. he’s obviously hurt and still balling. He’s making some future money tonight.
  2. i’d tell Josh Allen to stay home the next 7 days. team will drop off food or whatever. no need to practice
  3. With regards to Tua, just remember how many people who are "experts" on NFL matters simply dismissed Josh Allen after his first season. Heck Terry Bradshaw still insists that a QB's completion % out of college never gets better... Aikman is suspicious too,
  4. FWIW, i saw a report recently that said there has not been one case of a player with Covid traced back to an outdoor football game. That includes college and NFL. These guys are spreading it by being indoors in enclosed rooms together with someone who unknowingly has it.
  5. This is brutal for Miami. And since Fitz practiced yesterday, the Phins are having to go through contact tracing and Tua is not out of the woods as being a Covid casualty as well. All it takes as Tua being in the same enclosed room as Fitz, as well as any other players. I'm worried for the Bills too. What if we have an outbreak before the playoffs. ugh!
  6. There's very little chance of the Steelers (minus some starters) beating a very motivated Browns team that will likely have their 4 starting receivers again. If Pittsburgh loses, we avoid the scary Ravens no matter what happens in our game.
  7. I will be stunned if Allen, Diggs and Tre White walk out onto that wet football field to take a snap in this game.
  8. Exactly. It makes zero sense to play the critical, unreplaceable players "a series or two" to keep the rust off. You sit them. Why would you risk some lineman accidently rolling up on Josh Allen's lower leg after he releases a pass? Why would you risk Tre White tweaking his knee or ankle while slipping on a wet field? Don't be dumb McDermott. Sit those guys. The rust thing is stupid, they play next weekend. IF they look "rusty" it's likely because the Bills are playing an actual good team that has a plan...and we will need a scheme to overcome it.
  9. So Barkley’s largest contribution to date is throwing a meatball of a pass to Beasley in garbage time who had to leap and land awkwardly. just great
  10. Not sure how the offseason goes, but i bet dudes will be lining up to want to catch passes from Josh Allen. Stills was decent as i recall. But no one has the great hands and shiftiness of Beasley.
  11. I'll take the scenario where we play Indy.. - No Browns with Mayfield, Chubb, Hunt going crazy and winning the battle of Lake Erie. I don't need that - No Ravens and Lamar improvising all over the field and ball controlling us to death with their run game - No Miami with Fitz coming off the bench, playing loose and giving us the ultimate gut punch. I have respect for Indy, but there is no one thing they do great, and no one player that scares me.
  12. Other than the Tenn and NYJ games (and we chalk this up to the shoulder harness, right?!?)..., Allen has been super productive in road games.. I'm not sure fans or no fans have anything to do with his psyche. I think weather is a bigger factor.
  13. Well no Goff or Kupp in basically a "play-in" game for the playoffs is brutal. I also saw that Kyler Murray has a leg injury and could be out as well, but i suspect he will find a way to play.
  14. In the playoffs, Flores would give Tua about a quarter to show he can be productive before pulling the plug and putting in the relief pitcher.
  15. I think Patterson's game will translate. He's not a burner, but he's shifty as all heck and will find openings that aren't there. The Bills two RB's (Singletary and Moss) are starting in the NFL. I think Patterson has equal skills as those two guys if not slightly better.
  16. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think if Pittsburgh loses we avoid Baltimore no matter what happens in our game.. and I think Pittsburgh is going to mail in their game @ Cleveland. I'd be very surprised if the Browns don't take advantage and win.
  17. Beasley will be back for the playoff game. That’s a lock. he’s out this week but really all the non replaceable starters should be sitting.
  18. Well this makes sense. Especially when you have a Cleveland or Denver type Covid scenario in the playoffs when every player in a position group is wiped out for a game.
  19. Most of the AFC playoff teams have a better running attack than Buffalo. Baltimore, Cleveland, KC, Tenn... but hey, i recall when the Bills led the league in rushing for 2 straight seasons and didn't make the playoffs! I'd rather have an offense that can break off some chunk plays and score at any moment.
  20. So are we Browns fans this week? Correct me if I'm wrong. It sounds like if Cleveland wins this weekend, the Bills will play the field of teams (not including Baltimore). If Pittsburgh wins, we have a good chance to play the Ravens.
  21. I would keep the critical starters out. I'm a bad person to ask though since I would have benched Allen and Diggs by halftime last night.
  22. Beasley looked pretty bummed out after tweaking whatever he tweaked. hope he doesn’t know something..
  23. Beas will have 12 days to recover if need be
  24. Poyer got his head smashed, and it was unnecessary. Just push the dude out of bounds. it’s called self preservation.
  25. Twitter has erupted because Josh fantasy owners going for their Championships tonight are distraught at those 2 dropped TDs.
