  1. No doubt, Milano had a bad day. Watching him @ the stadium, it was pretty apparent that he was being picked on in the passing game. That one deep TD bust looked like he was actually a Tre White bust, but that aside Milano was consistently beat in the pass game. Tough day.
  2. I think the Bills will get one of the early time slots, as the Chiefs are almost guaranteed a late time slot.
  3. Rodrigo Blankenship had something going on during the game. I watched him leave the field and run to the locker room on 4 different occasions during the actual game. Not sure if its nervous pisses or perhaps the runs, but in all my yrs being at games I've never seen a player leave the field that much during the actual game.
  4. Yes they did, but the players were quick to run off the field. I thought there would be a little more hand waving and pumping up the crowd from the players after the win, but it looked like they were instructed to get their asses to the locker room fast.
  5. Here's my report: Arrived at the stadium right around 11:30AM. Parking was smooth and orderly. Walked right up to the gate, had to show the first woman the negative covid test from there it was to the next usher to show the e-tickets and into the stadium. Concourses and bathrooms were obviously wide open. As kickoff neared the first thing I noticed was how full the lower bowl felt for there only being 6700 fans. We were the only 2 in my entire row (section 117, row 15) but scanning the entire stadium it had more of the feel of a game with 12-15k than it did 7k, it was strange. During warm-ups Poyer came over with a football and was having a little pitch and catch with the fans in the stand ala JJ Watt. The last throw he chucked up to about row 25 and let the fan keep the ball, pretty cool, until the security guard came up and took the ball back 5 mins later (lame, IMO) As far as the noise level, it was obviously no where near what its like when you have a packed house , but at the same time those 7k fans created a much louder atmosphere than anticipated. I left thinking that 7k def. gives you some type of juice and atmosphere, not a huge one, but something. I dont think it'll happen this season but if 10% can create a decent atmosphere, 20-25% I think would be really nice. I also have to mention there was one foursome in front of us that I thought were unfairly kicked out of the game. 2 of the 4 were fairly intoxicated and the masks seemed to be slipping down as they hooted and hollered. There was a heavy set police officer down on the field who kept motioning to them to raise their face mask. To be fair, I'm not sure if they even saw the officer. In the 2nd half the officer called security down and they didn't really even give a warning, they just told him he had to leave. I thought it was a bit much, didn't surprise me, but I thought it was handled pretty poorly. Leaving was also fairly smooth, with the usher dismissing the section from higher rows to lower rows. Once we were back at the car it took us about 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot. Overall fun experience, but my voice isn't built up properly for live game yelling, pretty horse right now. Good luck and enjoy to those that get the opportunity this coming weekend. Who knows, maybe there will be a 3rd home game, stranger things have happened!
  6. At the time I was sick of watching and rooting for a consistent bottom 10 offense so I was a bit dissapointed to see a "defensive minded" guy get the job. After his first year, despite the surprise playoff appearance, I was firmly skeptical of McDermott. His aggressiveness, in game decisions, and conservative offense looked a lot like the coaching I was used to in Buffalo. Staring in 2019 and even more so this year, as his confidence in the offense (mainly the QB) built I noticed a coach that seemed to be doing almost all of the smart stuff. Super aggressive on 4th down, aggressive play calling, attacking opponents weaknesses. Thats what impresses me the most about McDermott, hes seems very open minded and willing to change if the "smart" guys tell him it will help the team. Hes really blossomed into exactly the coach I hoped for.
  7. What size shirt do you wear? I bought a Nike Buffalo Bills T-shirt (blue) for my brother as a gift (he's a bigger guy). Believe its a 3XL, but Nike runs so damn small it honestly fit more like an XL, 2XL, so I never bothered giving it to him because I knew it wouldn't fit. I also have a pretty cool looking red and white Buffalo Bills hat. Front is red with the white standing Buffalo (throwback logo). And the mesh trucker part of the hat is white. Pretty cool looking hat, but I've never worn it, its just not my style. I'd be down to swap either fir the Jenna set. My kids would probably enjoy it
  8. According to reports later last week the 17th game will oit the AFC East vs NFC East teamsnaccording to where they finished in their division that means we get the WFT. Not sure if there has been any work if that'll be home or away (AFC & NFC will rotate each yr which conference plays the 9th home game)
  9. They sent an email to me on Saturday asking for names and some personal info for those that will be attending in my party. I didn't see the email until late last night. It said they would be sending emails today from the bio reference lab that give you times to sign up for your covid test at thr stadium Called the ticket office today and was told that email should be coming at some point today and that the tests will be administered on Wednesday and Thursday.
  10. That gives me reason to root for a Redskin or Giants win this weekend.....Cowboys aren't much but feel like the Skins and Giants are even weaker
  11. Josh gets 15-20 minutes, Barkley gets 15-20 minutes, Fromm gets 20-30 minutes. If you're going to go the backup route this game you might as well get Fromm some time. Barkley contract is up after this yr. and you'd like to at least see him a little vs starters to get a start to an evaluation.
  12. 26-20 Bills. Starters play into the 3rd quarter and open up a 2 score lead. Matt Barkley brings it home in ugly fashion
  13. I'm with you 100%.....and it certainly is a first world problem. Im not trying to be whiny about it, I'm appreciative we have a chance at going, but listening to that presser was brutal.. why take ?s if you literally have the answers to none of them. The second guy that asked the question about how many accounts opted in was like "really, how do you not know the answer", my sentiments exactly. You'd just expect a way more buttoned up outfit from a multi billion $ business. A tough situation, no doubt, but it just seems like the Peguals could do a lot better than that. Good luck getting tickets, with your seniority Id assume you're a lock. Do you plan on going to the WC or might you chance it and wait for the divisional round
  14. I realize Covid has thrown this entire season into unprecedented times as far as attendance but how does the guy in charge of this operation literally have no clue how to answer the simplest questions from the media today. I'm listening to his presser from today, and the media had some good pointed ?s, that many of us STH I'm sure are asking themselves. Can STH's that own 2 tickets buy a pod of 4 for the playoff game? Major has no clue, doesn't answer the ? and just keeps repeating that it'll be based on seniority Very next question, how many fans opted in this year? Once again a great ? that I myself was asking today. Major once again has no clue. He does say its a good ?, but he doesn't have the answer. How the hell do you not know how many people opted in when this is what you are in charge of. This is a decision we had to make in August, you'd think that's something he should absolutely know. He did mention that there are a total of 13,000 accounts total representing over 50,000 tickets, but we have no idea how many of those 13000 accounts opted in. I've been a season ticket holder for close to 20 years & I've always found the ticket side of the franchise to be somewhat of a clown show......and watching Majors presser today kind of reinforces the sentiment. I realize the Bills are the big show in town, and have no competition, but man does that side of their operation need a kick in the ass. Id be embarrassed if I'm the Peguals paying this guy to get up there and not have the answers to very basic inquiries
  15. I've been curious about how many people opted in? I hadn't seen that # anywhere, how do you know it was 13k Thats a steal....I was expecting $150-$450. ...and if secondary market was allowed i think you'd easily see good seats going for $800-$1000 on stubhub
  16. There's going to be a ton of "politicking" and who do you know when it comes to trying to get your hands on these tickets. Id be surprised if any more than 4,000 tickets make it to actual season ticket holders once they dole them out to all the family, friends and corporate partners. I just got off the phone with a rep. in the ticket office who unsurprisingly had no idea what my chances would be of getting tickets as a season ticket holder of 19 yrs who opted in this season. She did say it would be based on seniority, but had no other information on where I stood with my 19 yrs of seniority. Why would they have answers? They've only had 3 months to prepare for this eventual announcement. I'm curious to hear from other season ticket members who end up getting tickets and what their seniority is...... Keep all of us posted please
  17. Dr. Chao a great twitter follow and former team doctor of the Chargers, said Beasley's injury looked like a foot sprain and he should be good to go for playoffs. This guy doesn't bat 100% with his diagnosis predictions, but hes right a lot, so this gave me some hope he'll be alright. I think we might be seeing an increase in 4 & 5 WR sets come playoff time, Stills will fit in nicely. Probably has much more reliable hands than Knox or Davis.
  18. Dr Chao, the former team doctor of the Chargers, and a great follow on twitter to keep up with injury news says likely a foot sprain and should be good to go for playoffs. He doesn't bat 100%, but hes usually spot on, so I took that as good news.
  19. Just checked out fivethirtyeight.com. the 1711 rating the Bills currently have is the highest in team history going back to 1960. Their previous high score of 1705 was in 1991, after the Bills defeated the Raiders 51-3. They also have Josh Allen rated as the best QB in the league ahead of Mahomes and Rodgers. These are unprecedented times as a Bills fan.....we have a special team this year.
  20. This is how I view the playoff teams from weakest to strongest: Tier 1: Dolphins Tier 2: Colts Steelers Tier 3: Ravens Browns Tier 4: Titans Bills Tier 5: Chiefs We actually have a fairly decent chance of facing a tier 1 and/or tier 2 team in our first 2 games, which would be great.
  21. No. It seems a lot of Bills fans are confused, which is why I posted. My numbers are right from the nytimes playoff upshot calculator
