Brandon Beane may have thrown the entire 2024 draft in the garbage. And 2025 isn’t looking much better although it’s quite early. Inexcusable.

The stunts up front were getting to him.

Yeah their plan at safety and linebacker for 2025 was a bad one and it's killing them right now. Babich is in over his head but it's impossible to play zone when you have such poor play at linebacker and safety - and the amazing thing is their D-line isn't bad, they get a decent amount of pressure, but they are so soft up the entire middle of the defense at the second and third levels that it doesn't matter. They are in true crisis back there.

Was running through the same list in my head this morning. None of these seem realistic unfortunately. The Jets and Dolphins aren’t going to help the Bills, and the Browns, Titans and Saints probably aren’t willing to put their young QBs in jeopardy by taking away their primary receiving options. You’re basically left with Jacobi Meyers and that’s about it, unless AJ Brown has a full-scale meltdown.

The refs wouldn’t let him snap it - he tried to run up to the line for a quick snap but they wouldn’t let him start the play.

These stubborn oafs aren’t going to do ANY of that. They will more likely double down.

Beane is smarter than all of us.

The 2025 offseason plan has not worked.

The refs do seem to hate them. It’s amazing bc McD employs a ref on the staff and he’s on the competition committee - he gets ZERO help.

All three units are imploding tonight - I guess we’re finally seeing true complimentary football!

They are getting PASTED. The entire 2026 Season Plan is losing to the Falcons right now.

How about just four consecutive quarters of good football on both sides of the ball?

Today is one of those days where it feels like the entirety of humanity has stopped trying. RedZone sucks today. The officials everywhere suck today. The clock operators and TV producers suck today. We are slacking as a species.

With his usage and the way he plays, Puka could be one of those guys who completely falls off the injury cliff one of these days.

Watching him again today - crap. He may be really good. His instincts are better than I thought.

Oddly though he was - IIRC - absolutely ELITE at that in college.

Both of our young coordinators got schooled - and not just on Sunday night, but on the days leading up to it.

I don't think that's fair. Another way to look at it is - what they've tried the past 4-5 years hasn't ultimately worked, so why not try something else? It's not like they're bringing back Super Bowl winners here. These are guys who have PROVEN they can't get it done.

It's not arrogance it's fear. They are risk-hedging - it seems to be the hallmark of this regime. We'll blitz - but we need to play our corners back to prevent a big play. We'll sign players in free agency, but we need them to be super high-character and understand our system. We'll be aggressive in going after skill positions - but only if we have enough cap and draft capital left after making sure our roster is incredibly deep. Etc. etc. These guys are cowards.
