The quality of the Primetime games has been pretty bad so I think that can lower our perception of the league as a whole. The Thursday night games have been unwatchable at times.

I think he will definitely face some type of suspension considering the attention this video has gotten. I always thought the refs were replaceable until I watched the 2012 season during the strike and realized that it could be much worse. Then again, they weren't able to just take refs from the NCAA in the middle of the season so the prerequisites were just that you had seen a football game before and had 3 or fewer beers...

This might not necessarily be against league rules, but it's not a great look. Autographing an item increases its value significantly, so it's essentially giving money to someone who's supposed to be an impartial judge.

I'm not sure if PFF takes the assignment into consideration (but it should). If an offensive lineman neutralizes Aaron Donald, it should carry more weight than if he was playing against an average DT. PFF scores are interesting to look at, but there's not enough transparency as to how they grade players when they don't really know what they were supposed to be doing on any given play.

It would be interesting to see Davis and Claypool on the outside with Diggs in the slot. I question whether Claypool can get separation consistently and if he's a high character guy. Divas won't fit in well in this locker room.

Daquon Jones deserves a lot of credit for being immovable against the run and still getting penetration against the pass. Settle has been a bit of a disappointment, but he also has some lingering injuries.

He's been solid, but not at a DPOY level. As far as rookie cornerbacks go, Sauce Gardner and Tariq Woolen have definitely outperformed Elam.

I think he's done a great job so far. My only complain is that we keep lining up in shotgun on 3rd and 1 (and not making it)

I think a big reason for the scoring decline this year is that a lot of the older star qb's are finally showing signs of a decline. Brady, Rogers, Tannehil, Ryan, Wilson, and Stafford all look significantly worse than they did last season. There have been some emerging young qb's the last couple years like Burrow, Herbert, and Hurts, but the success rate of 1st round Quarterbacks has been pretty bad over the past 5 years.

There's no way he plays 6 years in Buffalo (He's already 33). They just added on years to lessen the cap hit. He will probably play 3 years and hopefully retire with 5 rings.

Quessenberry came in after Spencer Brown got hurt and seemed to perform better in pass protection.

I have that too and I get mixed results. The games that you have access to are random and sometimes they will work on your phone but not a smart tv. You have no way of knowing what games are available until after they start.

I would just sign up for Paramount+ to get the live CBS broadcast. It's only $5/month and you can just cancel after the season.
