  1. Diggs is too good not to play better going forward. Sneed always plays him tough and the refs were letting them play. There were PIs on a few of his targets. The good news is that the 12 personnel formations are working. With Knox and Kincaid involved in the passing game and Cook being a coverage nightmare, our offense will be fine. Shakir should get Davis’s targets and Davis has been an effective blocker.
  2. Listen Alphadog, it took some testicles to make that prognostication and this was a great start, even though it took some assiness to pull it off. Having Toney line up past the line and then have it called doesn’t usually happen for us. Now you’ve got some nonbelievers in your corner. Let’s keep it going.
  3. Sorry, Sean’s had 6 years to figure it out and the team’s poor record can be traced to regression on Sean’s side of the ball. Now much of the problem is underwhelming personnel decisions ( overpaying Miller, whiffing on Elam and reliance on Hyde and Poyer who’s play is not commensurate with their cap hits. This sadly falls on the HC and will take a few years to overcome.
  4. Sean should be fired for poor coaching that led to the team losing to NE, Denver, Jets, Philly and the game against the Giants which should have been a loss. A HC must have success on his side of the ball. His conservative approach to offense, leaving the final outcome in the hands of an injury riddled defense, has failed miserably with pedestrian offenses scoring on last possessions(NE, Denver, Philly, Giants). Pegula got his stadium and he’s giving the fan base the finger by saying there’s zero chance of Sean’s dismissal.
  5. Nobody can tell you how to process the Bills season, but to throw your hands up and just lump them in to challenges the world deals out that people have to overcome, is sad. Rooting interests are supposed to enhance the entertainment value of spectator sports. You can’t say the 3+ hours every week you watch your team isn’t one of the most heightened experiences in your world. Treat it as entertainment with characters you have come to embrace. This team will provide plenty of thrills every week. It certainly gets you through these tough winter months.
  6. Don’t listen to these imbecilic empty suits. They’re are all just fans of other teams who would sell their kids to have Josh as their QB. The games that were stand alone Bills contests are all highly rated games because this guy is must see TV. He’s the most flamboyant swashbuckling athlete in professional sports. Our record should be better than 6 and 6. Sean’s defense has a lot to do with that. Any turnover by Josh he made up for by doing incredible things to get the lead again. Make a few stops on final possessions and Josh is a top 3 candidate for MVP.
  7. Let’s get KC first and then I’ll buy in. Remember, they’ve dug themselves a big hole and now they must be perfect.
  8. I love your optimism and you make a compelling case for turning the season around but in all honesty I can’t envision this defense making a big stop against a quality QB. When you have a coach that plays to put the outcome of the game in the hands of a defense that has given up game winning drives on final possessions to Mack Jones, Tyrod Taylor, Russel Wilson, Trevor Lawrence and Jalen Hurts why do you think they can make stops against Mahomes, Prescott, Herbert or Tua. I know they can score enough but these defensive players and Sean can’t give objective fans a reason to believe.
  9. Congratulations Dawson, best wishes to you and that great young lady. Now, would it be to much to ask for you to make some contribution to this team this season because you have been pretty much a disappointment. The 12 man sets was supposed to be our go to offense and it doesn’t work without another productive TE in the pass game. I know Josh loves you but Kincaid is our best TE, and it’s not close.
  10. Our season is over until we win a game against a playoff team. Sadly we have not done this since the Miami game. We’ve been competitive in some games(Jags, Bengals, Eagles,) but we are not deserving of any playoff consideration until this roster steps up in a big spot. Maybe it’s better that this front office sees a real need to turn this roster over a bit. Our secondary has been dominated on crushing game ending drives in too many games. Our 2 LB sets are pitifully inconsistent in supporting the run defense and underneath pass defense. Our receivers are fine but where are the long completions that break the opposition’s spirit. Floyd has had a nice year and Oliver is great but our other edge rushers have no sacks or consistent penetration. What playoff team with big time receivers are we stopping with this defense? Josh has to win shootouts for us to win those games. It can happen but this is where a coach can make a difference. Do we really expect our coaching staff to get us to the finish line?
  11. The guy who Beane brought in as a deep threat has done zero. Davis is the deep receiver and he should be a possession receiver. We never have deep completions. This makes us go the long field all the time .
  12. This will be my last response. I’m begging you, stop complaining about a few turnovers, which is part of the equation with this roster. No separation, tight windows and pressure on Josh for any offense. You should focus on surrounding our generational QB with a #2 receiver who can be deep threat, a different left tackle, an OLB and a new young secondary. Throw in a new offensive minded HC and we’ll have a realistic shot. A turnover or 2 won’t make a difference because we’ll crush teams.
  13. If he can’t his side of the ball play well, why do they keep him and give him job security going forward? His team’s are penalized, undisciplined and not clutch. This roster, cap constraints and allegiance to people instead of winning describe a franchise in trouble.
  14. Better than Trent Edwards is the best you can do. With what he has to work with, compared to Kelly’s SB teams, the best in team history. Who else has produced on this team consistently? The short answer is Oliver and Floyd on defense and Diggs on offense. Kincaid will be good, but they just started targeting him 3 weeks ago. Cook has had a few good games but dropped a TD and hasn’t been used enough. Josh is the offense and he’s got an average O-line that gets too many penalties. This roster, with the injuries on defense, would have 2 or 3 wins with 95% of the other QBs in the league. Josh should be celebrated for 6 wins. What other QBs not named Mahomes could win more? Josh’s escapability, running threat and arm talent makes every game winnable. According to FireChans, it’s those one or two pesky turnovers that killed us. Without Josh Bills fans are wearing bags on their heads.
  15. What are you looking for in a QB? The crap that we trotted out for 20 years until Josh arrived, no playoffs, no national TV games a procession of bad coaches equals irrelevance. Efficiency experts like FireChans anxiously waiting for a year where he can correlate losses to TOs. Forget the rest of the roster that either is out for the year or can’t make a play or coaches that are holding Josh back(Dorsey,Sean) We lost against NE because after Josh led a game winning drive capping a great comeback, Sean’s defense let MACk JONES drive the field to win. The 4 touchdowns Josh produced against the Eagles wasn’t impactful only the pick caused the loss and against the Broncos, Josh had a bad game but led a winning TD drive before Sean’s defense choked.Forget the fact we lead until the last possession in those games it was that pesky Josh turnover that killed us. Try and grasp the idea that Josh has been forced to make throws in tight windows because the receivers mostly got no separation and game planning went away from the run game. Still, he lead the league in TDs over a 5 year period. Naturally there were TOs but 3 division titles, 4 playoff wins and up there in regular season wins with league leaders. Anyone with 1/2 a brain can see you’re grasping at straws to express a negativity towards a franchise saving player. Without this player, FAs respectfully say not interested in playing in Buffalo. Your premise is silly and I legitimized it by responding.
  16. Stop trying to fix him. He’s fine. If you still have some objectivity, the only statistics that matter is wins. Other than the Jets, week one. Look at the other 5 losses. NE, Philly, Denver, Cinn, and Jacksonv. One defensive stop on the last possession wins the game in 3 of the 5(NE, Denver, and Philly) The other 2 had a crushing fumble by Kincaid in the red zone as we were about to take the lead and the Jags just scored on 3 straight possessions after Josh brought us back.Bottom line even with the TOs the guy puts us in a position to win. Mahomes has just as many TOs but his defense gets stops. It’s a team game, but our QB plays every game and shouldn’t be questioned with frivolity.
  17. Sadly the HC is responsible for player discipline and playing effectively without fouling. Good coaches always have teams with low percentage league wide with few exceptions, especially presnap penalties.
  18. Nothing like a clueless Josh hater constructing a mindless statistical thread comparing all these QBs propensity to throw picks in order for him to arrive at detracting from Josh’s value and being able to call him a TO machine. Remember, beside Mahomes, who is on another level, Josh has won more, thrown more TDs, played more(never missed a game) and ran for more TDs, with suspect O-lines and 4 different OCs. His value is higher than all these QBs because without him the team is picking to 5 in the draft.
  19. They’re plenty good enough but never underestimate Sean’s ability to mess things up. I know he’s not going anywhere so our defensive players better step the hell up and make a stop in a big spot for once. Hyde and Poyer have been great leaders for years, but I don’t remember one big play from them this year. Cause a turnover, make a pick or a big tackle preventing a 1st down. We need a defensive spark.
  20. How can we get out of this bad contract? This guy looks like a shell of the player he was before the injury. Now he’s back and a $20 million cap hit . Beane has overpaid some of our veterans who have not been productive. If he has any chance to offload this guy it would be a feather in his cap.
  21. The league is not fixed, it would take too many people who would never be able to sustain confidentiality. The gambling interests would never allow the golden goose to be compromised. The thing that gives the appearance of impropriety is the increased element of incompetence by part time officiating teams who routinely blow calls on plays that aren’t reviewable, without consequence. Hochuli’s team should be exposed for incorrect interpretation of rules and be scrutinized going forward with the prospect of being left out of playoff participation. Unfortunately the union insulates these bad refs from punishment. This trend is eroding the credibility of a product that generates 100s of billions.
  22. Hope you have a great birthday Stephan. Thanks for all the great thrills and incomparable play we’re treated to since you put on the uniform.
  23. Unfortunately it’s the HC that is responsible for a team being buttoned up and disciplined. Sean is our DC as well as HC. He dumped Fra
  24. He didn’t even complain about the horse collar. McD is in over his head and we are going nowhere with him as HC. Every week he talks “complimentary football “ How about coaching your defense to cover receivers and be disciplined. Until he is fired, fans should boycott gear, and do anything to send a message.
