  1. I agree. Win the division. Every Pats* loss at this point gets us closer to that goal.
  2. I would not think so. NBC has ad commitments that are sold in certain time blocks. There is not much flex for them or the NFL.
  3. He had been inactive most of the season. He was only playing at all because of the loss of Zimmerman.
  4. I hope it hurts.
  5. If they had a football team they could use it to build a stadium, but do not probably never will. I am sure this hurts for the NFL owners because they hate to lose, but it’s barely half what they scammed from the Chargers and Rams for the right to move.
  6. I thought that was Harrison on the play, but you could be right.
  7. We all wish. I stared to respond and then realized - it never pays to feed the troll. He will eventually go away if he is ignored.
  8. Nothing worked for the Bills today, and they were many players who should be hanging their heads for their poor play, but without question, their best run defender and their best RT were out today for no good reason beside their own selfishness and ignorance. There were multiple points in the game today, when it still mattered, where the absence of those two player directly resulted in big plays for the Colts. No excuse for the Bills in not having adequate depth to survive that but those guys should be ashamed of themselves. If Star is still on this team next year I will be very disappointed. Perhaps it’s not too late to save Brown. A disaster of an effort, a self inflicted, shotgun wound to the head by the Bills today.
  9. It is outerwear for people who have a lot more to spend on their clothes than you and I.
  10. Exactly. It is unlikely that the NFL wants to turn over this rock.
  11. That is a ridiculous excuse. Getting Covid is far more dangerous for anyone with a heart condition than the vaccine. I have a number of heart problems and my doctors encouraged me to get it as soon as possible. Sounds like internet rumor medicine.
  12. I feel so much dumber have read the original post in this thread. A little dirty too.
  13. I watched that game last night and I think the result had as much or more to do with the fact that Atlanta is terrible than it had to do with NE excellence. Mac Jones had it very easy last night, as did the NE defense against a putrid Falcons offense. They are a good team, but they are not the juggernaut that they are being made out to be by the media and many supposed Bills fans. The games will be competitive, but the Bills are the better team.
  14. This is not an easy game but the Bills are by far the better team across the board, with the biggest disparity being at the QB position. For those focusing on last year’s playoff game as a barometer, Rivers is retired and awaiting his hall of fame invitation five years from now. Wentz is simply not capable of playing at that level against the Bills defense. If they go off for 150 yards rushing, so what. Do not let Wentz beat you. I sincerely hope they do not come out with some sell out to stop the run game plan. That is the wrong way to play this, in my opinion, just as it was in TN. On offense, the Bills have struggled recently to execute but they definitely have the better horses and should be able to overcome what resistance the Colts can provide. Tougher game than last week for sure, but there is no reason the Bills should not win this going away.
  15. I agree. It was not that 5e run defense was bad, it was that they allowed Tannehill to beat them.
  16. Thanks. I did not realize that site had uniforms for games that far out. Will check it out. For the Pats game, I approve!
  17. I certainly hope not.
  18. It’s the Lamar factor. The networks love them some Lamar, plus Buffalo and Indy are small market teams.
  19. He sucked in NY because he sat out a year, his conditioning and skills declined, he reeks of bad attitude, and in all probability, it was the OL in Pittsburgh that made him look good, not the other way around. He is an emergency back up at this point in his career, a role the Ravens used him in but no longer need him for apparently.
  20. By all means let’s change literally everything about the design of the number one defense in the NFL, just because I guess. Great plan. You should get in touch with McDermott right away.
  21. A NE quarterback behaving like a POS. How shocking, huh? It’s the Patriot Way. If you can’t win, cheat. Smart or not, that was a deliberate attempt to injure and it was obvious. Perhaps this “good kid” has just been polluted by playing for Belichick, but just maybe being smart and being an a hole are two different things.
  22. Rogers was deliberately breaking the rules and the Packers knew it and deliberately did not enforce it or inform the NFL. Rogers had previously tried to get clearance for his “alternate approach” and was rejected. The league should have brought down the hammer on both the team and the player who both just made a mockery of the whole process. As usual, inconsistent and cowardly response from the NFL.
  23. Not a defense of Sweeney by any means, but I am not sure what in Hollister's 4 catches for 21 yards in Jag land this year says “oh, no - we should have kept him”. I cant really blame them for keeping a guy who is developing and still has potential over they guy who has had plenty of chances and has clearly reached his level. I think Beane Is open to criticism for not bringing in better competition when it would have mattered though.
  24. They do not have to release him. They can bench him for as long as they want, provided they pay him. See the Texans and Watson.
  25. Exactly. He specifically avoided the word vaccinated and used immunized. He probably too Ivermectin or some other internet remedy.
